3 NO‑SHOW

A booking becomes a no‑show when:

  • CP cannot reach the contact number on file.

No‑shows are charged the full fare plus waiting time and any parking/toll costs actually incurred.

4 FORCE MAJEURE

Extreme weather, airport closures, civil emergencies or other Force Majeure events (as defined in the T&C) may make service unsafe or impossible.

If CP cancels: full refund or free reschedule at Rider’s choice.

If Rider cancels: no fee provided the event is officially recognised (e.g., Environment Canada “red” warning; airport ground stop). Otherwise, standard windows apply.

5 STATUTORY RIGHTS

Nothing in this Policy limits the 10‑day cooling‑off right for Remote Agreements under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, or any non‑waivable rights under applicable consumer law.

6 DISPUTES

Any disagreement on cancellation fees follows the dispute‑resolution path in Section 12 of the Terms & Conditions.
