Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. Chauffeuropolis’s cancellation policy ensures transparency and fairness for all bookings.
Cancellation Methods
- Cancellations for web bookings must be processed through the Chauffeuropolis website and confirmed via the reservation department.
- App bookings can be canceled directly through the app.
- Requests to cancel via general office email or phone will not be acknowledged.
Cancellations for Pick-Ups Within the GTA
- Cancelation over 2 hours before the scheduled pick-up: No charge.
- Cancellation between 1-2 hours before pick-up: 50% of the fare charged.
- Cancellation less than 1 hour before pick-up: Full fare charged.
Cancellations for Pick-Ups Outside the GTA
- Cancellation over 3 hours before the scheduled pick-up: No charge.
- Cancellation between 2-3 hours before pick-up: 50% of the fare charged.
- Cancellation less than 2 hours before pick-up: Full fare charged.
No-Show Policy
If the passenger does not arrive at the agreed pick-up location and no communication is received, the trip is considered a no-show, and the full fare will be charged.Force Majeure
In case of extreme weather, accidents, or unforeseen events, Chauffeuropolis reserves the right to waive fees or reschedule bookings at its discretion.
