Your card is held, not charged. We are checking vehicle availability for your date and will get back to you as soon as possible. The card is only charged once your trip is confirmed — if we cannot cover it, the hold is released in full.

What happens next

1. We confirm your vehicle — we come back to you by email or phone, then charge the card. Nothing is charged before that.
2. The week of the game — we send your chauffeur’s name, phone number and the exact pickup plan.
3. Game day — your chauffeur waits through the game and drives you home. Bring a valid passport for every passenger, minors included.
