For standard corporate events, 2-4 weeks notice is ideal. Peak season (May-October) Muskoka and Blue Mountain retreats should be booked 6-8 weeks ahead. Last-minute bookings (under 48 hours) accommodated when fleet available.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?

Credit card payment at booking. Corporate accounts available with Net-30 terms for established clients. Detailed invoices provided for expense reporting with all necessary documentation.
