The fine print, in plain words
- Included: chauffeur, fuel, insurance, and your driver waiting with the group. Parking, venue passes and tolls are not included. Gratuity and HST are added at checkout, shown before you pay.
- Border: valid passport or equivalent for every passenger, minors included. Bridge wait times are outside our control.
- Cancellations: full refund 48h+ before pickup · 50% between 24 to 48h · none under 24h.

- Where we go: Ontario on the Canadian side, and any US address within 1,500 km of our Niagara or Windsor crossing. Further out, send it through and we will email your quote the same day.
Cross-border car service, Canada and the United States
This form books a private vehicle that crosses the Canada US border in either direction. Toronto to a US city, or a US pickup heading into Ontario. The vehicle is yours alone, it leaves from the address you give us rather than a terminal, and the same driver stays with your group for the whole trip.
Smaller parties usually take the executive SUV or a Sprinter. Groups of twenty or more take the 27 passenger mini bus or the 56 passenger coach. Buffalo, Niagara Falls New York, Detroit, Cleveland and Pittsburgh are common runs, and longer distances such as New York City or Chicago are quoted by hand.
Every passenger needs a valid passport or equivalent travel document, minors included. Pick a vehicle above and enter both ends of the trip. Your price appears before you pay. Rates are approximate and tailored to the date, the group size and the pickup point.
