GO Station to Work Site Shuttle
Your workers take GO. The last 8km is killing your start times.
Van staged at the platform. Workers board. On-site before the shift bell. From $700/day for up to 14 workers. Timed to your train arrivals.
Shuttle Fleet for GO Station Runs
One van or ten. We match the vehicle to your crew size and GO corridor.
The Problem Is Never the Train. It Is Always the Last 8km.
GO Transit solved the long haul. Your workers ride from Hamilton, Burlington, Ajax, or Scarborough and they arrive at the station on time. Then they are stranded. The site is 6km away. There is no bus route that reaches it. Individual Ubers cost $20-35 per person, surge every morning, and cancel without notice. Your 6:30 AM start time becomes a suggestion.
Construction: Kipling GO to Etobicoke Site
14 trades arrive Kipling GO at 6:05 AM. Site is 5km away on Dixon Road. No TTC direct. Individual Ubers = $280-490 in surge, half of them cancel. Concrete truck is waiting at $200/hr.
Solution: One Sprinter staged at Kipling GO. All 14 on-site 6:20 AM. $700/day.
Warehouse: Meadowvale GO to Heartland Park
20 warehouse workers hit Meadowvale GO at 5:50 AM. The distribution centre is 8km north on Derry Road. Zero transit. HR is processing $600/day in individual Uber receipts and shift start is 6:30 AM on paper, 7:00 AM in reality.
Solution: Two vans, 20 workers, $1,400/day. Shift starts on time.
Tech Office: Markham GO to Enterprise Centre
Engineers arrive Markham GO at 8:15 AM. The office park is 6km east on Warden Avenue. No YRT connection. Employees who don’t drive started refusing the Markham campus altogether after the relocation.
Solution: Executive WiFi Sprinter. They work the whole ride. $900/day.
How a GO Station Run Actually Works
Before the Train Arrives
The driver is already staged at the GO station 10-15 minutes before the scheduled arrival. Not circling. Not in a parking lot. At the exit, name card up, ready to load.
Train Hits the Platform
Workers walk off the train and directly into the van. Zero wait. Zero confusion. The same driver, same van, same spot every single morning. After the first week, your crew does not even need to look for the vehicle.
Direct to the Site Gate
Not the main entrance parking lot. Not the visitor area. The actual gate, door, or access point where your workers need to be. Delivered, not dropped nearby.
End of Shift Return
The return run is timed to your shift end AND the next GO departure. Workers arrive at the station with enough time to board, not scrambling for the last train home.
What This Is NOT
This is not a full-day corporate shuttle contract. You are not paying for 10-12 hours of a driver sitting at your site. You are paying for a timed run, coordinated to the GO schedule, that closes the gap between the platform and your gate. Most GO station runs are 15-25 minutes of drive time each way.
If you need a full-day workforce transportation solution, see our Employee Shuttle Service page. If your problem is specifically the last-mile gap from a GO station, you are in the right place.

Who Books GO Station Last-Mile Shuttle
Construction Site Supervisors
Site is 5-10km from the nearest GO station. Trades arrive by train from Hamilton, Burlington, and Oakville at 5:45 AM. Without a van they are walking, waiting for Ubers, or not showing up. A Sprinter picks them up at Kipling GO, Etobicoke North GO, or Malton GO and delivers the whole crew before the 6:30 AM pour.
Rate: $700-900/day | See workforce solutions
Warehouse & Logistics HR Managers
Distribution centres in Heartland, Ajax, and Vaughan are impossible to reach by transit. Workers take GO as far as they can and then get stuck. HR processes Uber receipts, deals with late arrivals, and covers missed shifts. One van per GO station eliminates all of it. Multi-shift options available.
Rate: $700-1,400/day depending on crew size
Tech Company Office Managers
Company moved to Markham or Mississauga campus. Engineers who don’t drive stopped coming in. Transit-dependent talent pool shrinking. An Executive Sprinter from Markham GO or Meadowvale GO with WiFi turns the commute into a productivity block. Retention problem solved. See our corporate Sprinter shuttle.
Rate: $900-1,100/day Executive Sprinter
Film & Production Coordinators
Crew call at 5:30 AM at a Pinewood or Etobicoke studio. Crew arrives by GO from all over the city and hits Kipling GO or Etobicoke North GO. A 14-pax Sprinter stages at the station and gets everyone on-set together, on time, every shoot day. No Uber receipts in the production budget. See our van with driver service.
Rate: $700-900/day
Manufacturing Plant Operations Teams
Ajax, Pickering, and Whitby automotive and food processing plants run 3 shifts. Workers take GO on the Lakeshore East line. The plant is 4-8km from the station and no transit reaches it. We run a coach from Ajax GO at 5:30 AM, 1:30 PM, and 9:30 PM. All three shifts covered. Group shuttle details here.
Rate: $700-1,400/day per shift
Corporate Event Planners
Conference at the International Centre Mississauga or the Markham Convention Centre. Attendees arriving by GO need the connection to the venue. One Sprinter per GO station, timed to arrival waves, no attendee left at the station.

GO Station Shuttle Questions Answered
What is the difference between a GO Station shuttle and a full employee shuttle contract?
A full employee shuttle contract covers a driver for 10-12 hours, including staging at your site, multi-stop pickups, and full-day availability. A GO Station shuttle is a timed run – the van meets a specific train arrival, loads workers, delivers to site, and the run is complete. It costs less because you are only paying for the time between the platform and your gate, not a full-day driver commitment. For companies where workers already take GO and just need that last connection closed, this is the right model.
How does the van know which train to meet if GO schedules change?
We coordinate directly with your account on the specific GO train number and scheduled arrival time. If GO Transit announces a delay on the line that morning, the driver adjusts staging time accordingly. For recurring daily runs, the driver learns the platform, the exit, and the crew within the first week. Schedule changes are communicated through your account contact and the driver is updated before dispatch.
What if workers take different trains and arrive at different times?
Two options. First, we can run multiple pickup windows from the same station, meeting the 5:45 AM train and then the 6:05 AM train with the same van making two runs. Second, for large sites pulling from multiple GO lines, we assign one van per line per arrival window. Example: one Sprinter at Kipling GO for the Lakeshore West arrivals and a second at Etobicoke North GO for the Kitchener Line arrivals. Both deliver to your site gate within minutes of each other.
Can we get the return run timed to the GO departure at end of shift?
Yes. The return run is timed around your shift end time and the next scheduled GO departure from the station. We build in buffer so workers arrive at the platform with 8-10 minutes before boarding, not sprinting for the last train. For sites with variable end-of-shift times within a 15-minute window, the driver stages at your gate and departs when the last worker is loaded.
Which GO stations in Mississauga do you service for worksite shuttle?
We cover all Mississauga GO stations on the Kitchener and Lakeshore West lines: Port Credit GO, Clarkson GO, Cooksville GO, Erindale GO, Streetsville GO, Meadowvale GO, Lisgar GO, and Malton GO. Common worksite destinations include the Airport Corporate Centre, Heartland Business Park, Meadowvale Business Park, Derry Road industrial zone, and the North Mississauga Employment District. All Mississauga GO to worksite runs start at $700/day for a 14-passenger Sprinter.
How quickly can you start a GO Station shuttle run?
For standard routes with 48 hours notice, yes. For urgent construction starts, same-day or next-day deployment is possible. You provide the GO station, the worksite address, the train arrival time, and the worker count. We confirm the van, assign the driver, and the first run happens on the schedule you need. Urgent deployments have been launched in under 24 hours for construction projects with hard start dates.
Is the pricing per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle per run. $700-900/day for a 14-passenger Sprinter regardless of whether you have 8 workers or 14 workers in it that day. This makes the per-person cost extremely competitive when you have a full van. At 14 workers and $700/day, you are at $50 per person per day. Individual Uber surge from the same GO station typically runs $22-35 per person each way, meaning the shared van is cost-neutral or cheaper before you account for the reliability difference.
Do you cover early morning runs at 5:30 AM or earlier?
Yes. Our fleet operates 24 hours and there is no early morning surcharge. Construction crews with 5:30 AM or 6:00 AM site starts are among our most common GO station clients. The driver dispatches from our Mississauga or Scarborough base ahead of the GO arrival time. Night shift return runs at 10:00 PM and 11:00 PM are equally common for manufacturing and warehouse clients on the Lakeshore East corridor.
What happens if fewer workers show up than expected for the van?
The van runs regardless. Pricing is per vehicle, not per head. If three people called in sick and only 11 of 14 workers board, the rate stays the same. For recurring accounts where headcount consistently drops below a threshold, we can reassess whether a smaller vehicle is more cost-effective. Adjustments to recurring runs require 30 days notice to restructure the fleet assignment.
Can you run from multiple GO stations to one worksite on the same morning?
Yes. This is common for large construction sites pulling workers from across a corridor. For example: Sprinter 1 at Kipling GO picking up 14 workers from the Lakeshore West line. Sprinter 2 at Etobicoke North GO picking up 14 workers from the Kitchener line. Both deliver to your site gate within the same 15-minute window. Multiple van deployments are invoiced as separate vehicle runs on the same account.
Is there an Executive Sprinter option for knowledge workers who need WiFi during the GO run?
Yes. The Executive Sprinter carries 7-10 passengers with WiFi and workspace tables at $900-1,100/day. Tech companies with offices in Markham, Mississauga, and Vaughan use this for engineering and management teams. Workers board at Markham GO or Meadowvale GO and use the 20-35 minute drive to clear emails, join calls, or review code before arriving at the campus. It removes the argument that the commute to a suburban office is wasted time.
Do you also handle airport transfers for the same corporate account?
Yes. Many GO station shuttle accounts also use us for Pearson Airport transfers when team members fly in for project meetings. The same account, same account manager, one monthly invoice covering daily GO station runs and any airport pickups that come up. For visiting executives flying into Billy Bishop, see our Billy Bishop corporate transfer service.
How does billing work for recurring GO station runs?
Corporate accounts receive monthly invoicing. All runs logged during the month are consolidated into one invoice for your accounts payable team. No per-run credit card charges, no expense reports from individual drivers. Invoice includes a run log with dates, stations, and vehicle details for your records. Net 30 payment terms available for established corporate accounts. Setup through the corporate car service account page.
What GO stations in the east GTA do you cover for industrial shuttle runs?
On the Lakeshore East line we cover Rouge Hill GO, Pickering GO, Ajax GO, Whitby GO, and Oshawa GO. Common destinations include the Westney Road industrial corridor in Ajax, Pickering Nuclear OPG, Durham Region automotive suppliers, and Oshawa manufacturing facilities. Multi-shift coverage is standard on the east corridor since most plants run 6 AM, 2 PM, and 10 PM schedules. Each shift gets a dedicated van timed to the arriving GO train.
