Mercedes Sprinter Passenger Van Rental Toronto
Why rent a bare van when you can hire a professional service? Includes licensed chauffeur, fuel, insurance, and door-to-door execution. The smarter alternative to self-drive rentals for groups of 14.
I’ve seen it happen too many times at the rental counter. A corporate assistant tries to pick up a “15-passenger rental van” for a team event, only to realize the vehicle is 24 feet long, requires a commercial insurance rider, and won’t fit in the underground parking garage at their Toronto office.
Driving a high-roof Mercedes Sprinter in downtown Toronto traffic isn’t like driving a sedan. It requires awareness of clearance heights, turning radiuses, and commercial loading zones. That’s why Chauffeuropolis offers Mercedes Sprinter passenger van rentals with drivers. We handle the vehicle, the liability, the parking, and the navigation.
Whether you are moving a C-suite team to Pearson Airport or coordinating a wedding shuttle in Mississauga, hiring the service is often cheaper—and infinitely safer—than renting the van yourself.
Rental With Driver vs. Self-Drive
Most clients assume self-drive is cheaper until they calculate the hidden costs of commercial insurance, fuel, and parking logistics.
Liability & Insurance
When you rent a bare van, your personal auto insurance rarely covers commercial vehicles over 10,000 lbs. You are liable for scratches, clearance damage, and passenger safety. With our service, we carry $5M commercial liability coverage. The risk is entirely ours, not yours.
The “Parking Garage” Problem
Standard Toronto parking garages have a clearance of 6’2″. A high-roof Sprinter is over 9 feet tall. Amateur drivers frequently shear the roofs off rental vans. Our Sprinter van service drivers know exactly which loading zones and surface lots accommodate these vehicles in the Financial District.
Door-to-Door Efficiency
With a self-drive rental, you must pick up the van, park it, walk to your group, load them, drop them off, park again, and return the vehicle. With a chauffeur, the vehicle appears curbside exactly when needed and vanishes when you enter your event. We serve Oakville, Burlington, and the entire GTA seamlessly.

Toronto Rental Use Cases
Corporate Roadshows
Moving a team of 10 executives between Bay Street, Hamilton, and Waterloo requires precision. Our Sprinters serve as mobile boardrooms. While your team preps for the next pitch, our driver handles the QEW traffic.
Airport Transfers (YYZ)
Avoid the chaos of coordinating 3-4 separate Ubers. A single Sprinter van accommodates the entire team plus luggage. We monitor flight statuses at Pearson Airport to ensure the vehicle is staged at the commercial curb upon arrival.
Event Shuttles
From TIFF (Toronto International Film Festival) to Collision Conference, parking is non-existent. We provide “drop-and-go” service at venue entrances. Perfect for wedding guest shuttles where timing is critical.
Private Tours
Design your own itinerary. Whether it’s a Niagara wine tour or a sightseeing trip to Niagara Falls, you control the schedule while we control the wheel. Alcohol consumption is permitted in the rear cabin (unlike in a self-driven rental).

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I rent the van without a driver?
No. We provide chauffeured service only. This ensures the safety of the passengers and the vehicle. Our insurance policy does not cover self-drive rentals. This model actually saves you money on commercial insurance riders and deposits.
What is the cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours notice for standard bookings to avoid charges. For large group events or multi-vehicle reservations, we may require 48-72 hours notice. Details are provided in your specific corporate agreement.
Does the rental include alcohol service?
In Ontario, passengers are generally permitted to consume alcohol in the rear of a vehicle only if there is a permanent partition between the driver and passengers (limousine licensing). Most of our Executive Sprinters meet this requirement. Please confirm when booking for wine tours or bachelor parties.
Where can you pick us up?
We serve the entire Golden Horseshoe. We can pick up at Toronto Pearson (YYZ), Billy Bishop (YTZ), private residences in Burlington or Oakville, or corporate offices in downtown Toronto.
