Payment
Your card is authorized when you book and charged only once we confirm availability with our airport partner. If we cannot accommodate, the authorization is released.

No-shows
Arrivals: not responding to the welcome sign after your flight disembarks. Departures: absent 30 minutes after the agreed meeting time. Charged in full, non-refundable.

Luggage

Arrival 2h, departure 3h, connection 4h. Extensions from flight delays, immigration or baggage claim are billed at 50% of the total per additional 2 hours.

Full rate from age 2. Guests 12 or under need an adult 18+. Infants under 2 cannot use the airport cart.

Greeters cannot push wheelchairs or strollers per airport rules. Arrange wheelchair help with your airline.

CBSA allows no expedited clearance. You handle your own luggage in the customs area.

Keep flight, contact and guest details accurate and be reachable by phone. Extra guests on the day are charged on the spot.

Booking Terms
- Advance booking. All services must be booked at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
- Payment. Your card is authorized when you book and charged only after we confirm your greeter, within 3 hours.
- Cancellations. Full refund with 48 hours or more notice before the service time. 50% refund between 24 and 48 hours. No refund under 24 hours.
- No-shows. Arrivals: no refund if you do not respond to your greeter’s name sign after all passengers on your flight have disembarked. Departures: no refund if you do not appear at the agreed meeting point within 30 minutes of the scheduled time.
- Service window. Arrival service covers up to 2 hours, departure 3 hours, and connection 4 hours from the scheduled start. Extended service caused by flight delays, immigration queues or lost baggage is billed at 50% of the service fee per additional 2 hours.
- Guests. Prices apply to each guest aged 2 years and above. Children under 2 join free. VIP Meet & Assist covers up to 5 guests per booking.
- Flight changes. We track your flight and adjust for delays at no charge. If your flight is rescheduled to a different day, contact us at least 48 hours before your original service time and we will move your booking once, free.
