What happens next

1. 1Nothing is charged todayYour card is saved. When your driver is confirmed, we charge your first and last week, or your single ride.
2. 2Your price and driver plan, usually within the hourWe email your confirmed price. Drivers book up fast, so if your days are tight we tell you right away and offer the closest fit. Every driver is vetted and briefed on your route. If the price comes in above your estimate, we ask you before charging.
3. 3Before day oneHave these ready: your own car seats if you bring them, a signed consent form if your kids ride alone (we send it with your confirmation), the names of the adults who can receive your child, and your pickup code word.
4. 4Changing your planSkip a day with 7 days notice and it comes off your next week. Route changes need 24 hours notice.
