What happens if my flight is delayed?

We track your flight number from the moment it leaves the origin airport, so a 2 hour delay simply moves your pickup by 2 hours at no charge. Waiting is free for the first 45 minutes after your flight actually lands, measured from wheels down rather than from your scheduled time. If a flight is cancelled outright, call us and we rebook the transfer for the new arrival.

Can we stop along the way to Toronto?

Additional stops start at $30 each and are added to the quote before you pay. On the Kingsville to Toronto run the common ones are a meal stop near London or Woodstock, a hotel pickup for a second passenger, or a drop at Pearson before continuing downtown. Ontario law requires a booster until a child is 8 years old, 36 kilograms or 145 centimetres tall, whichever comes first.

What is your cancellation policy?

14 or more days before pickup, or within 48 hours of booking, you get a full refund. Between 7 and 14 days out a refund is subject to an administrative fee. Inside 7 days the booking is non refundable but can be rescheduled. Peak season bookings made between June and August within 30 days of service are non refundable.

How do I pay for a Kingsville transfer?

1 payment covers the whole trip and is taken by credit card when the booking is confirmed, so there is nothing to settle with the chauffeur. Corporate accounts can be invoiced on NET 30 terms instead. HST at 13 percent and gratuity of 15 to 20 percent are shown as separate lines on the quote before you approve it.
