Every rate above is plus HST 13% and gratuity 15 to 20%. The minimum exists because the car and chauffeur are held for your group, so a 90-minute ride in a stretch is still billed as a 4-hour booking. If the night runs past the booked time, extra time is billed at the same hourly rate.

The Hummer H2 stretch limo is the classic limo most people picture. It seats up to 20 passengers and is from approximately $250 an hour inside the GTA with a 4-hour minimum, which puts the starting point near $1,000 before HST and gratuity.

Split across a full group, that is about $50 a person for a 4-hour booking. The stretch suits birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette nights, prom and wedding parties that want one vehicle and a big arrival.

Sprinter Limo Rental: Party Limo Van or LUX Sprinter

Two Sprinters sit in the limo range, and they are built for different nights. The Party Limo Van Sprinter seats 12 and is from approximately $350 an hour with a minimum of about $1,400 per trip. It is the pick for a group night out, a concert at Scotiabank Arena or a birthday downtown.

The LUX Mercedes-Benz Sprinter seats 10 with room for 6 suitcases and is from approximately $300 an hour, with a minimum of about $1,200 per trip. It is set up for executive groups, VIP guests and evenings where the conversation in the cabin matters more than the music.

For a group of 14 that only needs a comfortable ride, the Executive Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is from approximately $195 an hour with a minimum of about $780 per trip, plus HST 13% and gratuity 15 to 20%.

A chauffeured Rolls-Royce in Toronto is from approximately $350 to $600 an hour, depending on the model, with a 5-hour minimum. It seats 3 passengers with room for 2 suitcases. Every Rolls-Royce booking comes with a chauffeur.

The Mercedes-Maybach S580, or a similar model, is the other top-tier option. It is from approximately $250 an hour with a 4-hour minimum and seats 2 with 3 suitcases. Couples often choose the Maybach for an anniversary dinner and the Rolls-Royce for the wedding day itself.

Executives use it for meetings across the city, families use it for airport runs, and small wedding parties use it as a second car behind the couple. Wedding Limo Cost in Toronto

Wedding transportation usually means two or three vehicles: one for the couple, one for the wedding party and sometimes a shuttle for guests. A typical Toronto wedding pairs a Rolls-Royce or Maybach for the couple with a Hummer stretch or Party Limo Van for the wedding party.

As a worked example, a 5-hour Rolls-Royce for the couple is from approximately $1,750, and a 5-hour Hummer H2 stretch for the wedding party is from approximately $1,250. Together that is about $3,000, plus HST and gratuity. A 35-seat limousine bus for guests adds from approximately $250 an hour.

Prom dates cluster in May and June, so the same Friday night is often requested by several schools at once. Sending the date and headcount early gives you the best chance of the vehicle you want.

Limo Rental Toronto: Choosing the Right Vehicle

Price is only half the decision. The other half is what the night needs from the car.

Pick the Hummer H2 stretch when the arrival is part of the event and the group wants to ride together. Limo Rental Prices: What the Rate Includes

The hourly rate covers the vehicle, the chauffeur and the running cost of the car inside the GTA. HST at 13% and gratuity at 15 to 20% are added to the total. A small list of add-ons applies only when you need them, and they show on the quote before you pay.

There is no separate fuel charge on a GTA hourly booking. Extra hours past the booked time are billed at the same hourly rate as the booking, so you always know what overtime costs before the night starts.

Limo Tip: How Gratuity Works

The standard limo tip in Toronto is 15 to 20% of the booking, and our quotes add it to the total so you do not need cash on the night. On a $1,000 stretch limo booking, that is $150 to $200.

If you want to add more for a long night, you can, but the quote already covers the standard amount. HST at 13% is calculated on the booking as well.

Limo Rental Cost for Airport and Out-of-Town Trips

Airport transfers and one-way trips outside the GTA are priced by distance, not by the hour. A one-way trip gets one price from pickup to drop-off, and the Escalade, Executive Sprinter, LUX Sprinter and Party Limo Van carry no hourly minimum on these runs.

A full day out of town in a Sprinter is billed as a day rate, never by the hour: within about 150 km (Niagara, the Kitchener region) a Sprinter day is from approximately $1,750; beyond that from approximately $2,100, plus HST and gratuity. Hours past the day are added on top.

The cheapest way to ride in a limo is to match the vehicle to the group and the hours to the plan. A few habits keep the total down and the choice wide.

• Split it. A Hummer stretch shared by 16 people for 4 hours is about $63 each before tax and tip.
• Book the minimum and plan the route. Most limos carry a 4-hour minimum, so plan the stops to fit inside it.
• Pick a weekday. Friday and Saturday nights in spring and summer book up first, so a weeknight gives you more vehicles and times to choose from.
• Use the Escalade for small groups. Six people in an Escalade start from approximately $525.
• Book early. A date sent weeks ahead has more vehicles to choose from.
