What to budget for the transfer

Start with these approximate one-way budgets, then book online using your pickup, travel date and passenger details. If the vehicle or itinerary is not offered online, contact us for that arrangement.

VehiclePassenger capacityFrom YYZ, one wayFrom downtown Toronto, one way
Sedan2 to 3 passengersApprox. $410Approx. $350 to $500
SUVUp to 6 passengersApprox. $650Approx. $550 to $800
Cadillac EscaladeUp to 6 passengersApprox. $900Approx. $775 to $1,075

All amounts are CAD, plus 13% HST and 15% to 20% gratuity. Luggage, stops, waiting, tolls and vehicle selection can affect the total. Passenger capacity does not override property occupancy or access limits.

The YYZ column uses our published Prince Edward County / Picton regional guide prices. Downtown Toronto ranges are estimates using Union Station as the reference pickup, not published flat fares. Allowance ranges are not a guarantee of the final price. See our current rates.

Google Maps puts the driving distance at approximately 240 km from YYZ and 230 km from Union Station to the destination. Distances depend on the route selected; some routes use toll roads. Enter the exact address for your booking.

The table covers one outward journey. Add the return when booking if you need both directions; these amounts do not include a driver staying with you or local trips during your visit.

A private transfer from Toronto or Toronto Pearson (YYZ) to Mirazule should be planned around the inn’s confirmed arrival arrangements, your passengers and luggage, and a separate return to Toronto or the airport. Mirazule is a lakeside boutique inn in Prince Edward County. Request an out-of-town, distance-based quotation using the confirmed property address. Larger-vehicle access is not established by the inn’s setting or by the number of seats in a vehicle.

Mirazule’s published FAQ asks guests arriving after 8 pm to notify the hosts. That small instruction has more bearing on an airport transfer than a generic driving-time estimate. A delayed flight changes when you leave Pearson, but it also changes when someone expects you at the inn. Keep the transport provider and hosts informed separately.

This article concerns a Toronto-based journey to Mirazule and the return, not a destination-local car service. Accommodation and transportation are separate reservations. Chauffeuropolis is an independent transport option; no affiliation with Mirazule is implied.

Match the car to the stay

Start with the movements you need, then select the vehicle. A couple travelling directly to the inn has a different requirement from friends arriving on separate flights. Neither group benefits from booking extra seats while leaving the luggage question unanswered. The arrangements below are starting points for an enquiry, subject to vehicle availability and confirmation of the property approach.

A larger vehicle is not automatically a better choice. Its extra seating may solve the wrong problem if the party only needs room for bulky cases, or if the arrival area has not been checked. Equally, a sedan should not be selected solely because two people are travelling. Tell the provider what they are bringing before a specific vehicle is confirmed.

For the intercity legs, ask for a distance-based quote rather than applying a Toronto hourly figure to the whole stay. Stops, waiting and changes should be described in the written terms. You can request a quotation or submit the trip through Chauffeuropolis booking. Neither enquiry confirms accommodation or transport availability by itself.

Why the arrival matters at Mirazule

The inn’s own description centres on modern architecture, lake views, guest suites, an infinity pool, a living room and a library. Those details suggest a different kind of arrival from a winery day trip. You are travelling to somewhere you intend to stay, not just reaching the first stop on a touring route. Give yourself time to unpack before deciding what the evening needs to contain.

Mirazule’s FAQ states that check-in begins at 4 pm and checkout is at 11 am. It also states a minimum two-night stay and describes the property as an adult destination. Confirm the terms attached to your reservation before committing to transport. A proposed one-night escape or a party including children needs an accommodation answer first, not a vehicle booking made in hope that the room arrangements will follow.

The 8 pm notification request is useful when selecting an arrival window. It is not presented here as a closing time or as permission to arrive whenever you choose. If you expect a later arrival, contact the inn and agree the arrangements. An arrival estimate from the transport provider cannot replace that conversation.

Booking confirmations should remain separate. Keep the room dates and host contact details beside the transfer itinerary, then check that the same arrival day appears on both. For an overnight flight into Pearson, use the local arrival date rather than the date you left home. This simple check can prevent a car and a room being reserved for different days.

Leave Toronto with a realistic meeting plan

For a Toronto departure, choose the point where the whole party can actually be ready. A single address can make the start easier to coordinate, but only if everyone can reach it with their luggage. A hotel lobby may work for visitors staying together; a home pickup may suit travellers beginning their holiday there. The transport booking needs the full address, not just a neighbourhood or hotel brand.

If friends are coming from different parts of the city, compare meeting together with a planned pickup sequence. Multiple addresses can be convenient, but each adds a stop and another person’s readiness to the schedule. Submit them before accepting the quote. A message saying that someone might join along the way is not a confirmed collection plan.

Use a ready-to-board time, not a time when the first person expects to finish work. Hotel checkout, retrieving stored luggage and saying goodbye all happen before departure. If the party is meeting in a building, agree which entrance to use and keep one lead traveller reachable. The driver’s arrival is not the right moment to discover that half the bags are still upstairs.

Ask the provider to estimate the journey from the actual address for the planned date and departure window. This article does not supply an unverified Toronto-to-Mirazule drive time. A broad estimate for Prince Edward County cannot establish when you will reach this particular inn, especially when the itinerary includes more than one Toronto pickup.

Treat a Pearson arrival as its own itinerary

A flight’s scheduled landing time is not the time everyone will be ready beside the vehicle. Immigration, baggage collection and movement through the terminal sit between those moments. Give the transport provider the flight number, arrival date, passenger count and luggage information. Obtain the pickup instructions attached to your reservation instead of assuming a particular meeting arrangement.

For travellers arriving on different flights, the main decision is whether to travel together at all. One shared departure can keep friends together, but it also ties the first arrivals to the last flight. Separate transfers may be worth comparing if the schedules are far apart. Ask for both options with their full scope; do not compare a complete separate-transfer quote with a shared quote that leaves waiting undefined.

Choose one person to keep the group itinerary current. That person should know which flight each guest is on, who has collected their bags and whether anyone’s arrival has changed. Share only the information needed for the journey. Room details and private arrival instructions do not need to circulate in a large group chat.

If a flight is delayed, check two things: what happens to the transport reservation, and what the hosts need to know about the revised arrival. Do not assume the driver contacts Mirazule on your behalf. Ask how flight changes, waiting and any missed meeting arrangement are handled before the travel day, when there is time to understand the answer.

If a bag is delayed, contact the transport provider before deciding to remain in the terminal. There are two different problems to solve: collecting the traveller and recovering the missing luggage. Ask the airline what its baggage process requires, then decide whether the party can depart together or whether the transport arrangements need changing. Do not assume that the car booking includes a later airport trip for a suitcase. Keep essential medication and the accommodation contact details with you, rather than inside checked luggage.

A cancelled flight may also split a party that expected to arrive together. Tell the provider which passengers are still travelling and which are not, instead of sending only the replacement flight number. Ask for a revised confirmation if the passenger list, vehicle or pickup day changes. The same applies when a traveller abandons the flight and joins from a Toronto address: that is a different pickup, not merely an update to the airport meeting note. Mirazule should receive the revised guest arrival information separately.

Keep the first evening modest if the flight timing is uncertain. Adding a booked tasting or a restaurant stop before check-in creates another reservation that may be affected by a late arrival. A direct journey to the inn can be the better choice when the purpose of the trip is to settle in rather than fit an outing between the airport and the room.

Confirm the final approach before choosing a larger vehicle

Get the exact arrival address and approach instructions from the accommodation confirmation. A listing that identifies Prince Edward County is enough to locate the general destination, but not enough to specify where a driver should unload passengers. Confirm the arrival point with the hosts and pass the relevant instructions to the provider before the day of travel.

For a group vehicle, ask about suitability for that particular vehicle. Entrance width, turning space, unloading and parking are different questions. A photograph of the property cannot answer all of them. This article does not establish coach access, a bus bay, private parking for a retained vehicle or a place where a driver can wait throughout the stay.

Vehicle capacity and property occupancy are also separate. Enough seats for everyone does not mean the inn can accommodate everyone, or that non-staying guests can join the arrival. Confirm the guest list with Mirazule before treating a shared vehicle as a group-stay solution. A small party with confirmed rooms may still need a different vehicle because of luggage or boarding requirements.

If someone needs assistance boarding, describe the practical requirement. Mention mobility equipment, whether it folds and whether the traveller can transfer into a passenger seat. A vehicle described as comfortable or spacious is not evidence of wheelchair accessibility. Ask for explicit confirmation of both a suitable vehicle and a workable arrival point; no accessible vehicle or property access arrangement is promised here.

Pack for the return as well as the arrival

Send a luggage description that someone else can use. The number of travellers alone leaves too much unanswered. List large cases, smaller bags and any awkward items, and mention anything that must remain with the passenger rather than go in the luggage area. If a piece is unusually bulky, provide its dimensions when the provider requests them.

Think beyond the outward journey. Guests may leave the County with purchases as well as the bags they brought. If you expect that, raise it before a vehicle is selected. Avoid relying on spare passenger seats as a substitute for confirmed cargo space, particularly when everyone in the party is travelling together on the way home.

Keep medication, travel documents and a phone charger accessible during the journey. For a Pearson return, passports should not be packed somewhere that requires unloading every case to find them. Each traveller should identify their own luggage at collection and again at the final drop-off, especially when several similar bags are travelling together.

For an arrival-day stop, ask what happens to luggage while the party is away from the vehicle. Do not assume storage, supervision or continued vehicle availability. These questions belong in the agreed itinerary. A stop that looks short on paper can affect the arrival window, the transport scope and where the bags need to be.

Make room for the stay itself

Mirazule describes places to spend time without leaving the property: the library, shared living room, grounds and lake setting. Its FAQ calls the infinity pool seasonal, while the inn itself is open year-round. Those are different claims. A winter reservation should not be planned around a summer pool photograph, and a specific facility should be checked if it is central to the reason for travelling.

The property says breakfast is included and describes occasional hosted dinners at an additional cost. That does not establish a nightly restaurant service. Ask whether a dinner is offered during your stay and what needs reserving. If you want to dine elsewhere on arrival night, settle the restaurant and transport arrangements before assuming the evening is covered.

For a simple two-night stay, the outward journey, the days at the inn and the return are three separate planning questions. You might need only the two intercity transfers if you intend to remain at Mirazule. If you want outings, make separate arrangements rather than treating the arrival car as a vehicle that remains with you. No destination-local availability is promised by an intercity booking.

The hosts’ recommendations can help you decide how much to plan. The website discusses restaurants, artists, breweries, wineries and beaches, but that is not a promise that every attraction fits into one afternoon. Pick the experiences that matter to your party, check their own booking conditions and leave the rest of the stay open if that suits you.

A full touring programme is a different brief from an inn transfer. The existing Toronto to Prince Edward County wine-tour and winery-wedding page covers that broader travel purpose. Here, the practical focus is reaching Mirazule for a reserved stay and getting back to Toronto or Pearson without leaving the return undecided.

Work backward from the flight home

For a return to Pearson, begin with the flight information and the airline’s current airport-arrival guidance. Then ask the provider for an appropriate collection estimate from the confirmed inn address. Checkout time does not tell you when to leave for an aircraft. Depending on the flight, the departure may need to be earlier than the end of the room booking.

Make the return as specific as the outward trip. Confirm the date, pickup point, destination terminal, party size and bags. If some guests are returning to Toronto while others are flying, state that before the quote is finalized. A city drop-off added to an airport-bound journey changes the itinerary and should not be treated as an informal favour on the day.

Speak with the hosts about an early departure. Mirazule says breakfast is included, but this article does not promise food before a particular pickup time or a takeaway option. Ask what is possible for your reservation. Packing the night before and settling any accommodation matters in advance can keep the morning focused on leaving when agreed.

If collection is later than the published 11 am checkout, ask where you may wait and what can happen to the luggage. Late pickup is not an extension of room use. Obtain the answer from the inn rather than leaving bags somewhere on the assumption that the driver will be able to retrieve them later.

A Toronto return without a flight still needs a clear finish. Give each final address and decide whether the group remains together throughout the journey. If someone has an onward train, appointment or other fixed commitment, tell the provider. An estimated arrival is a planning aid, not a guarantee against road conditions or an unplanned delay.

Ask for a quotation that covers the actual journey

A useful request puts the important facts in one place. Send the confirmed accommodation dates, outward pickup address or flight details, destination address supplied by Mirazule, passenger and luggage information, and the return requirement. Include proposed stops and boarding needs before the vehicle recommendation is made. That gives the provider an itinerary to assess rather than a destination name to interpret.

Ask the written quotation to identify what it covers in both directions. Check whether the return is included, how waiting and extra stops are treated, what happens if a flight changes and which amendment or cancellation terms apply. There is no route fare or current rate figure in this article. The out-of-town journey needs its own distance-based assessment, not a calculation borrowed from Toronto hourly service.

For friends sharing the booking, agree who accepts the quotation and who can request changes. The lead traveller can circulate a short final note containing the pickup time, meeting point, luggage reminder and agreed contact method. Keep private property instructions restricted to the people who need them. Payment arrangements between friends should not obscure who holds the transport reservation.

Before departure, compare the final transport confirmation with the accommodation confirmation. Check dates, expected arrival, the instruction for arrivals after 8 pm, and the return collection. If one booking changes, review the other. A room extension does not automatically extend a vehicle booking, and changing the car departure does not automatically inform the hosts.

When those details are settled, book your transfer online. State that the destination is Mirazule and include the return leg rather than leaving it as a general request for Prince Edward County transport. Final availability, vehicle suitability and journey terms require confirmation.

Questions about Mirazule transfers

Can a Pearson arrival be planned directly to Mirazule?

Yes, a direct Pearson-to-Mirazule itinerary can be requested. Provide the flight number, local arrival date, passengers, bags and confirmed destination address. Vehicle availability and pickup arrangements need confirmation, and the landing time is not the time you will be ready to leave the terminal.

How long is the drive from Toronto?

No property-specific journey time is asserted here. Request an estimate using your actual Toronto pickup address, travel date, stops and confirmed Mirazule arrival point. A generic Prince Edward County estimate does not establish the timing of this booking.

What if our arrival will be after 8 pm?

Notify Mirazule, as its published FAQ requests. Agree the arrival arrangements with the hosts and update them if the flight or road departure changes. A transport confirmation does not establish that the inn has been told.

Is a round trip the same as keeping the driver for the stay?

No. Two scheduled transfers do not imply that a driver or vehicle remains available between them. Request the outward and return legs explicitly, and describe any other movements separately so their availability and terms can be assessed.

Should we choose a sedan or an SUV?

Choose after the provider reviews both passengers and luggage. A sedan may suit a couple whose bags fit; more cargo or different boarding needs may call for another vehicle. Confirm the actual vehicle arrangement rather than relying on the class name alone.

Can we arrive together in a bus or Sprinter?

Larger-vehicle access is unverified here. Ask Mirazule and the transport provider to confirm the proposed vehicle’s approach, turning and unloading arrangements. Passenger seating does not establish the inn’s permitted occupancy or room availability.

Is the pool available throughout the year?

No year-round pool availability is stated. Mirazule’s FAQ describes a seasonal infinity pool, although the inn is open year-round. Confirm availability for your dates if the pool is important to the stay.

Is dinner included with the room?

The published FAQ says breakfast is included and describes occasional hosted dinners at an additional cost. Do not assume dinner is offered every night. Ask the inn what is available for the dates you have booked.

Can we bring children or pets?

Mirazule describes itself as an adult destination and says it does not accommodate other pets. Confirm any specific accommodation requirement directly before arranging transport. A transport provider’s policy cannot establish permission to stay at the inn.

What should we do if checkout comes before the return car?

Ask the hosts about waiting and luggage arrangements. The published checkout time is 11 am, and a later transport pickup does not imply continued room access. Confirm where the party and bags will be collected before departure day.

Does this booking include a County wine tour?

No touring is implied by a Toronto-to-Mirazule transfer. A touring itinerary has different stops and timing, and needs its own confirmed scope. The arrival and return car should be booked around the stay you have actually reserved.

Is Chauffeuropolis the inn’s own transport service?

No affiliation is implied. Chauffeuropolis transportation and Mirazule accommodation are independent reservations. Confirm each directly and keep both providers informed when a change affects the timing of the journey.
