Why You Need a Wedding Shuttle Bus
A wedding shuttle bus is one of the most practical investments you can make for your wedding day. It solves three problems at once: guest safety after an evening of celebrating, parking logistics at venues with limited spots, and on-time arrivals for your ceremony.
When guests know a shuttle is handling transportation, they relax. No one worries about navigating unfamiliar roads, finding parking in downtown Toronto, or deciding who drives home after the reception. Your older guests, out-of-town visitors, and everyone in between boards the bus and arrives together.
For venue-to-hotel loops, a shuttle bus runs continuous rounds between your reception venue and the hotel block. Guests can leave whenever they are ready without waiting for a rideshare or worrying about surge pricing at midnight. The bus runs on your schedule, not an algorithm’s.
Chauffeuropolis provides wedding shuttle bus service across the Greater Toronto Area and beyond. We coordinate with your wedding planner, manage multi-pickup logistics, and keep your day running on time. View our full charter bus fleet.

Popular Wedding Venues We Shuttle To
We provide wedding shuttle service to venues across Toronto, the GTA, and Ontario cottage country. Here are the venues our couples book most frequently.
JW Marriott The Rosseau Muskoka
Located in Minett, about 2.5 hours north of Toronto. One of Ontario’s top destination wedding resorts. We shuttle guests from Toronto hotels and Pearson Airport to the resort and back.
Casa Loma
Toronto’s iconic castle venue on Spadina Road. Limited parking makes a shuttle bus essential. We drop guests at the main entrance and stage nearby for pickup after the reception.
Chateau Le Jardin, Vaughan
One of the GTA’s largest banquet venues. Our buses handle guest shuttles from downtown Toronto hotels to Vaughan, a 30 to 45 minute drive depending on traffic.
Hazelton Manor, Vaughan
A popular choice for large South Asian and European weddings. Multi-bus coordination available for guest lists exceeding 200. We handle ceremony and reception loops throughout the day.
Estates of Sunnybrook
A midtown Toronto garden venue with limited street parking. Wedding shuttles from nearby hotels eliminate parking headaches for your guests.
Arlington Estate, Kleinburg
Charming Kleinburg venue about 40 minutes from downtown. Our shuttle keeps guests on schedule and eliminates the need for designated drivers on the return trip.
Niagara-on-the-Lake Wineries
Ravine Vineyard, Queen’s Landing, and White Oaks Resort. We shuttle Toronto guests 1.5 hours to NOTL and handle ceremony-to-reception transfers. See our Toronto to Niagara Falls charter page.
Liberty Grand & Palais Royale
Toronto waterfront venues at Exhibition Place. Our drivers know the loading zones and can coordinate with venue staff for smooth guest drop-offs and pickups.

How Wedding Shuttle Service Works
Our wedding shuttle service is built around your timeline, not ours. We coordinate every detail with your wedding planner or day-of coordinator to make sure guests are where they need to be, when they need to be there.
Multi-pickup coordination is standard. If guests are staying at two or three different hotels, we build a route that collects everyone and arrives at the venue on time. The bus departs from the first hotel early enough to account for traffic and additional stops. Every guest receives the pickup schedule in advance.
For weddings with separate ceremony and reception locations, we handle the transfer. Guests board the shuttle after the ceremony and arrive at the reception venue together. No one gets lost, no one is late, and the photographer gets everyone in the group shots on time.
Hotel block loops are our most popular wedding service. The bus runs continuous rounds between the reception venue and the hotel, typically starting 2 hours before the event ends. Guests can leave whenever they are ready without waiting. The last bus departs 30 to 60 minutes after the reception wraps.

Choosing the Right Wedding Shuttle Bus Size
The right bus depends on how many guests need the shuttle and how your wedding day is structured. Not every guest will use the shuttle. Local guests often drive themselves, while out-of-town guests and the bridal party rely on organized transport.
27-Seat Mini Coach
Best for bridal party transport, rehearsal dinners, and smaller wedding guest groups (15 to 27 people). Fits in most venue parking lots and driveways. Popular for intimate weddings and secondary shuttles.
56-Seat Coach Bus
Best for full guest shuttles when 30 to 56 people need transport. Washroom on board for longer trips to Muskoka or Niagara venues. Luggage bays hold overnight bags for destination weddings.
Sprinter Van (Up to 14)
For smaller groups, VIP bridal party transfers, or as a complement to a larger shuttle. Our Sprinter van service offers a more intimate option for wedding day transport.
Many couples book two vehicles: a 27-seat mini coach for the bridal party and a 56-seat coach bus for the guest shuttle. We coordinate both vehicles on a single timeline so everything runs smoothly.

Wedding Day Timeline Coordination
Every wedding has a tight timeline. Our dispatch team works with your planner to build a transport schedule that fits your ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and after-party. Here is a typical wedding shuttle timeline for a Toronto-area wedding.
2:00 PM
Hotel Pickup
Bus arrives at hotel block. Guests board for the ceremony venue. Multi-hotel routes start 30 minutes earlier to collect from each location.
3:00 PM
Ceremony Arrival
Guests arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony. Bus parks at the venue staging area, ready for the next leg.
5:00 PM
Ceremony to Reception Transfer
If the ceremony and reception are at different locations, the bus transfers guests between venues during the cocktail hour window.
10:00 PM+
Return Shuttle Loop
Continuous loops between venue and hotel block. Guests leave when they are ready. Last bus departs 30 to 60 minutes after the reception ends.

How do I move 100+ wedding guests between a hotel, church and venue?
Two 56-seat coaches carry 100 or more guests in one run, from approximately $300/hr each with a minimum from approximately $1,800 per coach, plus HST and gratuity. Both coaches load at the hotel at the same time, drive to the church together, wait through the ceremony and then take everyone on to the reception. Nobody stands on the curb waiting for a second trip, and the whole guest list is seated before the processional.
If the budget covers one bus, a single 56-seat coach can run the day in loops instead. The first loop leaves the hotel early with the guests who want to be seated first, then the coach goes back for the rest. Loops suit a hotel and church that sit close together. When they are on opposite sides of the city, two coaches protect the timeline, because one late loop pushes back everything after it.
The wedding party usually travels apart from the guests. A Regular Sprinter for up to 14 is from approximately $175/hr, with a minimum from approximately $525 per trip, so the couple, attendants and parents can leave the hair and makeup location on their own schedule while the coaches handle the guest list. Before you lock the plan, see how much a wedding shuttle bus costs for routes like yours, or send the three addresses through our quote form.
Bus rental for wedding: what each size costs
Inside the GTA, every wedding vehicle is billed by the hour with a minimum per trip. These are the four sizes couples book most, with the hourly rate and the minimum from our published rate card.
Regular Mercedes Sprinter
14 passengers and 14 bags
from approximately $175/hr
from approximately $525 minimum per trip
27-passenger mini coach
27 passengers
from approximately $250/hr
from approximately $1,000 minimum
35-seat limousine-style bus
35 passengers
from approximately $250/hr
from approximately $1,400 minimum
56-seat coach bus
56 passengers
from approximately $300/hr
from approximately $1,800 minimum
All prices plus HST 13% and gratuity, inside the GTA. Full rate card: our rates. Rates are approximate; your written quote is the firm price.
For a wedding outside the GTA the vehicle is booked for the day instead of by the hour. A Sprinter is from approximately $2,100 a day for Muskoka, or from approximately $1,750 for Niagara-on-the-Lake. A 27-passenger mini coach is from approximately $3,000 a day and a 56-seat coach from approximately $3,900 a day, for about 10 hours. Hours past the day are billed on top, every day of a multi-day hold is billed, and an overnight adds the driver’s accommodation.
Rates are approximate; your written quote is the firm price.
Wedding transportation in Toronto: shuttle, Sprinter or limo?
Most weddings need two kinds of transport, and they rarely suit the same vehicle. The guests need a shuttle that moves a lot of people on a fixed timetable. The couple and wedding party need something smaller that can wait at a photo location and leave when the photographer is done.
For guests, size the bus to the people who will actually ride, not the full guest list. Local guests often drive, so a 150 guest wedding may only need seats for 60 or 70 from the hotel block. That is one 56-seat coach running a short loop, or a 56-seat coach with a 27-passenger mini coach beside it.
For the wedding party, a Regular Sprinter seats 14 and keeps everyone together between the house, the photo stops and the church. Couples who want a livelier ride for the guests between venues often add a 35-seat limousine bus, which gives a party feel with more room than a limo.
Wedding venues Toronto: planning shuttle time by area
Drive time sets the length of your booking, so start with where the venue sits. Downtown venues such as Casa Loma, the Liberty Grand and the Palais Royale are short hops from most downtown hotels, but traffic and tight drop-off zones mean the first pickup still needs a cushion of 30 minutes or more.
Vaughan banquet halls like Chateau Le Jardin and Hazelton Manor are 30 to 45 minutes from downtown hotels, and Arlington Estate in Kleinburg is about 40 minutes. For these, a 4 to 6 hour GTA booking usually covers the ceremony run and the return loop. Niagara-on-the-Lake is about 1.5 hours away and Muskoka about 2.5 hours, so those weddings move to the day rate.
Tell us where guests are staying as well as where the wedding is. Two hotel blocks in different parts of the city add a pickup leg to every loop, and that changes how many hours and how many vehicles the day needs.
Wedding chauffeur service for the bridal party
The bridal party has the busiest schedule of the day. A typical run starts at the hair and makeup location, stops for first look photos, reaches the church before the guests are seated and then heads to the reception after a second photo stop.
Book the bridal vehicle by the hour so the chauffeur stays with you through every stop. A Regular Sprinter is from approximately $175/hr in the GTA, with a minimum from approximately $525 per trip, plus HST and gratuity. It seats 14, which covers the couple, a full set of attendants and often the parents as well.
Share the photographer’s shot list and the timing of each stop when you book. The chauffeur plans the route around it, and the guest shuttle runs on its own timeline, so a long photo session never holds up the guests.
Car service for wedding weekends: rehearsal, ceremony and brunch
Many weddings run across a full weekend. The same booking can cover the rehearsal dinner on Friday, the ceremony and reception on Saturday and a farewell brunch on Sunday, with each day priced on its own hours.
A 27-passenger mini coach is a good fit for a rehearsal dinner, because the group is usually smaller and the restaurant may have little parking. The full guest shuttle on the wedding day then moves to a 56-seat coach. On Sunday, a Sprinter is often enough for family heading to brunch or back to Pearson.
Send all three days in one request. We quote each day separately so you can see what every part of the weekend costs, then build one timeline your planner can share with the hotel and the venue.
Wedding Shuttle Bus Pricing
Wedding shuttles are billed hourly, starting from the time the bus departs our yard until it returns. Most GTA wedding bookings run 4 to 6 hours. Weddings outside the GTA, like Muskoka or Niagara-on-the-Lake, are booked as a day of about 10 hours, with hours past the day billed on top.

How do I move 100+ wedding guests between a hotel, church and venue?
Two 56-seat coaches move 100 or more guests in one run, from approximately $300/hr each (from $1,800), or run one coach in loops. A Sprinter can carry the wedding party separately, plus HST and gratuity.
How much does a wedding shuttle bus cost in Toronto?
Wedding shuttle bus pricing starts at $250 per hour for a 27-seat mini coach or $300 per hour for a 56-seat coach bus. A typical 4 to 6 hour GTA wedding shuttle runs $1,000 to $1,800 depending on bus size. All pricing is plus HST 13% and Gratuity.
How far in advance should I book a wedding shuttle?
We recommend booking 4 to 8 weeks before your wedding date, especially during peak season (May through October). Popular Saturday dates book up quickly. Contact us as early as possible to lock in your preferred bus size.
Can the shuttle pick up from multiple hotels?
Yes. Multi-hotel pickup routes are standard for wedding shuttles. We build a route that collects guests from each hotel and arrives at the venue on time. Just provide the hotel addresses and we handle the scheduling.
Do you provide bridal party transportation?
Yes. Our 27-seat mini coach is the most popular choice for bridal party transport, covering hair and makeup locations, photo shoots, ceremony, and reception. Many couples also book a separate guest shuttle on the same day.
Can guests drink on the wedding shuttle bus?
Ontario law permits alcohol consumption on a chartered bus. Many wedding groups enjoy champagne or beverages during the ride. We ask that passengers keep the bus tidy and dispose of bottles responsibly.
What if my guest count changes before the wedding?
Guest counts fluctuate. You can adjust shuttle headcount up to 48 hours before the wedding at no extra charge, as long as the total stays within the capacity of your booked bus. If you need to upgrade to a larger bus, we accommodate wherever possible.
Do you shuttle to destination weddings outside the GTA?
Yes. We regularly shuttle wedding guests to Muskoka, Niagara-on-the-Lake, Blue Mountain, Prince Edward County, and other Ontario destinations. Destination shuttles are quoted as a day of about 10 hours, with extra hours and any overnight added.
How does the return shuttle loop work?
The bus runs continuous loops between the reception venue and the hotel block during the last 2 to 3 hours of the event. Guests can leave at their convenience. The last bus typically departs 30 to 60 minutes after the reception ends. Planning the budget first? See our Toronto charter bus rental pricing breakdown.
Can I decorate the wedding shuttle bus?
Light decorations are welcome. Ribbons, signs, and flowers on the exterior are fine. We ask that no confetti, glitter, or tape be used inside the bus. Coordinate with our team in advance if you have specific decoration plans.
What happens if the wedding runs late?
Weddings rarely end on time, and we plan for that. If the reception runs over, the shuttle continues operating. Additional hours are billed at the same hourly rate with no surge pricing. Our driver communicates with your planner throughout the evening.
How much is a Sprinter for a wedding in Toronto?
From approximately $175/hr for a Regular Sprinter with 14 seats and 14 bags, with a minimum from approximately $525 per trip, plus HST and gratuity. It suits the wedding party or a small guest group from one hotel.
How much does a 35-seat bus cost for a wedding?
From approximately $250/hr inside the GTA, with a minimum from approximately $1,400, plus HST and gratuity. It fits a guest group too big for the 27-passenger mini coach.
How many guests fit on a wedding shuttle bus?
27 guests fit on the mini coach, 35 on the limousine-style bus and 56 on the coach bus. A Regular Sprinter carries 14, and two 56-seat coaches move up to 112 guests in one run.
How many hours should I book a wedding shuttle for?
4 to 6 hours covers most GTA weddings, from the first hotel pickup to the last return loop. If the reception runs late, the extra time is billed at the same hourly rate.
How much is a wedding shuttle to Muskoka or Niagara-on-the-Lake?
From approximately $3,900 a day for a 56-seat coach and $3,000 a day for a 27-passenger mini coach, and a Sprinter from approximately $2,100 a day for Muskoka, or from approximately $1,750 for Niagara-on-the-Lake, for about 10 hours, plus HST and gratuity. An overnight adds the driver’s accommodation.
Is gratuity included in the wedding shuttle price?
No. HST of 13% and gratuity are added to the hourly rate or day rate. Both are shown on your written quote before you book.
Should I book two buses or one bus running loops?
1 coach in loops works when the hotel and venue are close and guests can arrive in two waves. Book 2 coaches when every guest must be seated at the same time or the drive is long.
What details do you need for a wedding shuttle quote?
4 things: the wedding date, how many guests will ride, the pickup hotels and venue addresses, and the ceremony and end times. With those we send a written quote.
