Phoebe Bridgers Scotiabank Arena Toronto Transportation
Phoebe Bridgers plays Scotiabank Arena twice on The Lost Tour, Thursday October 1 and Friday October 2, 2026, both with a 7:30 PM start. Book either night on its own or both together. A drop-off and a pick-up runs from approximately $185 each way, or hold the chauffeur by the hour and keep the vehicle for the evening.
Phoebe Bridgers Scotiabank Arena transportation rates
The rate is the same on Thursday as it is on Friday. What changes between the two nights is the traffic and the pickup time we build around it, and that is set on your quote, not added afterwards.
By the trip: drop-off and pick-up rates
Both legs are booked and held together, so the chauffeur who dropped you off is the one who collects you. If you are going both nights, each night is quoted as its own pair of legs and we hold the same vehicle across the two.
1 to 2 passengers – the smallest booking
Sedan
Lexus ES or Cadillac XTS, within the GTA. A pair or a solo rider. It seats two, so four people should ask for the SUV price rather than assuming the sedan stretches.
3 to 6 passengers – the common correction
Executive SUV
Lincoln Navigator, within the GTA. Four adults with coats need this rather than the sedan, and the step up buys four more seats and the boot space with them.
Up to 6 passengers – the same six, a different arrival
Cadillac Escalade
Escalade ESV, within the GTA. Six seats again, for a night that is being marked rather than just attended.
7 to 14 passengers – the friend group
Regular Sprinter
One vehicle instead of three, within the GTA. One pickup for the whole group instead of three cars trying to reach the same corner in the same minute.
7 to 10 passengers – the flagship
Jet Sprinter
Captain’s chairs and a conference table, within the GTA. Captain’s chairs and ambient lighting, so the drive in is part of the evening. More on our Jet Sprinter page.
From approximately $1,000 covers the Regular Sprinter booked in both directions, which is two $500 legs priced and held together. Transfer prices are approximate, one price per leg within the GTA, set by distance, with no minimum. They include the chauffeur, fuel and insurance. HST at 13% and gratuity of 15 to 20% are added on top.
By the hour: the chauffeur holds through the show
This is the product for an evening with something else in it: a dinner stop on the way in, several addresses on the way home, or somewhere to leave coats and merch during the set. It costs more than two transfers, and it buys you the vehicle rather than two journeys.
Read the minimum column carefully, because it is not the same rule on every row. Most vehicles carry a minimum spend, a dollar figure billed per trip. The Maybach carries a minimum number of hours instead. Those are two different things and one never converts into the other.
Hourly prices are approximate and include the chauffeur, fuel and insurance for the hours you book. Additional hours are billed at the same hourly rate. HST at 13% and gratuity of 15 to 20% are added on top. Child seats are $25 each and an additional stop is from $30, both shown on your quote before you approve it.
Above fourteen people the hourly product is usually the only one that works, since a group that size arrives and leaves as a unit. The 27-Passenger Mini Bus, the 35-Seat Limousine Bus and the 56-Passenger Coach all book this way.
Booking one night or both nights of the Toronto run
What booking both does buy you is continuity. The same vehicle and, where the roster allows, the same chauffeur across both nights, the same agreed meeting point, and one coordinator holding the whole thing rather than two unrelated reservations that happen to fall on consecutive days.
The two nights do not drive the same. Thursday is still a working day, so a 7:30 PM start means the run into the arena district lands inside the tail of the commuter peak on the Gardiner and the DVP. Friday releases earlier but replaces commuters with everybody else going out downtown, which loads the last kilometre rather than the highway. We set a different pickup time for each night for exactly that reason.
Going one night only is the far more common booking, and nothing about the price changes. Tell us which night when you request the quote. If you are still deciding, ask for both and drop one later, since holding a vehicle costs nothing until it is confirmed.
Scotiabank Arena drop-off and pickup on a Phoebe Bridgers night
On a sold-out night the loop stops being a drop-off point and becomes a queue. A driver who does not know that sits in it. A chauffeur who does agrees a meeting point with you before you leave the house, drops you a short walk from the doors, and waits somewhere you can actually reach when the set ends.
We set that meeting point at booking, not on the night. You get the exact corner and the driver’s number in writing. If the loop is moving we use it. If it is closed or backed up the alternative is already agreed, which is the difference between a two minute walk and twenty minutes in a crowd.
The arena sits at Scotiabank Arena, 40 Bay Street, Toronto, Ontario M5J 2X2, on the northwest corner of Lake Shore Boulevard West and Bay Street, with Union Station to the north and the Maple Leaf Square block to the west. Every one of those approaches tightens in the hour either side of a show, which is why the pickup point matters more than the vehicle. The same logic runs through our Scotiabank Arena concert car service page, which covers the venue year round rather than one run of dates.
Parking near Scotiabank Arena, and why most people skip it
We are not going to pretend a private vehicle beats a $50 parking spot on price for one couple. It does not. What it removes is the ramp queue afterwards, the street traffic behind it, and driving home from a concert at all.
Where it wins outright is on a group. An Executive SUV transfer is approximately $225 each way, so both directions across six people is about $75 each for the whole evening before tax and gratuity, and nobody is the designated driver. A Regular Sprinter return is approximately $1,000 for up to fourteen, roughly $71 each.
Anyone going both nights has the parking maths twice over, which is where the second night quietly changes the answer. If a spot at $50 a night is your plan, price it against a shared SUV before you commit to it.
What time to arrive for a 7:30 PM Phoebe Bridgers show
Working backwards from a downtown pickup that usually means leaving 75 to 90 minutes before the start. On the Thursday, add fifteen minutes for the commuter tail. From Mississauga, Vaughan or Markham allow two hours on either night. We build the pickup time around your address rather than a generic downtown assumption.
You get the exact pickup corner, the driver’s name and number, and the return arrangement in writing. Nothing is decided on the night.
Downtown pickups leave later. Anything past Mississauga or Markham leaves earlier. Thursday leaves earlier again.
Enough time for the bag check, merch and your seats. Doors typically open 60 to 90 minutes before showtime.
The vehicle is already staged nearby. No app, no surge, no queue for a car that cannot physically reach you.
Group transportation to Scotiabank Arena, by headcount
Up to fourteen people, by the trip is almost always the right answer. A Regular Sprinter return is approximately $1,000 for both directions, which splits across fourteen at roughly $71 each for the whole evening before tax and gratuity. Two rideshares on a sold-out night cost more than that on their own.
Above fourteen the hourly product takes over, because a group that size travels as one unit and wants the vehicle held. The table below keeps the two products in separate columns so you can see which one each vehicle is priced on.
Our group transportation and shuttle page covers how the larger charters are put together, and the Weezer show a week earlier at the same venue is priced the same way if you are going to both.
Travelling into Toronto for the show, and staying the night
Fans coming in from Hamilton, Barrie, Kitchener, London, Ottawa or across the border usually book a hotel in the arena district and take a short transfer to the doors. That leg prices the same way as any other, set by distance, so a downtown hotel to the arena is the cheapest transfer on the page.
If you are flying in, the arrival leg and the arena night can sit on the same booking. Our airport transportation page covers the arrival side, and our Sprinter van service page covers the fourteen-seat tier that most travelling groups end up on.
Getting out after a sold-out Phoebe Bridgers show
With a booking: you text your chauffeur near the end of the set, walk to the meeting point you agreed weeks earlier, and get in. The vehicle has been staged nearby the whole time, so it is not trying to enter the arena district from Lake Shore with everyone else.
Without one: surge pricing, a twenty to forty minute wait, a pin that keeps moving because the driver cannot reach the corner you dropped it on, and a walk north to find a street that is moving.
A late finish costs you nothing on either product. A by-the-trip pick-up is a flat price for the leg however long the encore runs. On an hourly booking, time past your confirmed hours bills at the same hourly rate, agreed with your chauffeur before it starts rather than added afterwards. On the Thursday that matters more than usual, because most of the room is working the next morning.
Scotiabank Arena bag policy for concerts
This is a real reason to book a vehicle rather than drive. Anything larger than a small clutch either goes to bag check at $25 an item or goes back to wherever you came from. In a booked vehicle it stays in the car with your chauffeur at no extra cost, and it is waiting for you at the end of the night.
Merch is the same problem. A two-night run sells a lot of it, and carrying a poster tube and a record through a post-show crowd to a rideshare pickup is worse than putting it in a vehicle you already have.
Where we pick up across the GTA
Downtown Toronto, Etobicoke, North York, Scarborough, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Oakville, Burlington and Hamilton are routine pickups for a Scotiabank Arena night. Multiple addresses in one booking are normal: send the stop list with the quote request and we build the route and the pickup time around it.
If your autumn calendar has more than one arena night in it, the Charli XCX show in September and the Gorillaz show on October 4 are booked exactly the same way, and a repeat booking keeps the same coordinator and the same meeting point.
Phoebe Bridgers Scotiabank Arena transportation: questions
How much does transportation to the Phoebe Bridgers show at Scotiabank Arena cost?
Two ways to price it. By the trip is from approximately $185 each way for a sedan, $225 for an Executive SUV and $500 for a 14-passenger Regular Sprinter, one flat price per leg within the GTA with no minimum. By the hour is from approximately $175 an hour on the Escalade or the Regular Sprinter. HST at 13% and gratuity of 15 to 20% are added on top of either.
Phoebe Bridgers is playing two nights in Toronto. Can I book both?
Yes. Thursday October 1 and Friday October 2, 2026 are two separate bookings at the same rates, and we hold the same vehicle across both. Booking both buys continuity rather than a discount: one coordinator, one agreed meeting point, and where the roster allows the same chauffeur on both nights.
Is Thursday or Friday the easier night to get to the arena?
Friday is easier on the highway and harder on the last kilometre. A 7:30 PM Thursday start sits inside the tail of the commuter peak on the Gardiner and the DVP, so we leave about fifteen minutes earlier for it. Friday releases earlier but the arena district fills with everyone else going out downtown.
Should I book two transfers or book by the hour?
Two transfers for most concert bookings: you only need the drop-off and the pick-up, and a by-the-trip price is set by distance with no hours and no minimum. Book by the hour when you want the vehicle held all evening, a dinner stop on the way in, or somewhere to leave coats and merch.
Is there a minimum on a drop-off and pick-up booking?
No. A by-the-trip price is one price per leg, set by distance, with no hour minimum and no dollar floor. Minimums only apply to the hourly product.
What does a return trip cost?
A return is two legs. The published Regular Sprinter return is from approximately $1,000 within the GTA, which is two $500 legs priced and held together. For other vehicles we quote the two legs against your addresses.
What is the minimum on an hourly booking?
It depends on the vehicle, and there are two different kinds. Most carry a minimum spend: the Escalade and the Regular Sprinter are from approximately $525 per trip, the Executive Sprinter from $780, the Jet Sprinter from $1,200, the 27-Passenger Mini Bus from $1,000, the 35-Seat Limousine Bus from $1,400 and the 56-Passenger Coach from $1,800. The Maybach S580 carries a 4 hour minimum instead. Additional hours are billed at the same hourly rate.
What time do the Phoebe Bridgers shows start at Scotiabank Arena?
7:30 PM on both nights, Thursday October 1 and Friday October 2, 2026, on The Lost Tour. We build your pickup so you arrive 45 to 60 minutes before the show.
What time do doors open?
Scotiabank Arena does not publish a doors time for each event. Its general guidance is that doors open 60 to 90 minutes before showtime, so arriving 45 to 60 minutes ahead clears security and merch comfortably.
Where does the driver drop us off at Scotiabank Arena?
The arena’s own zone is the Bremner Boulevard traffic loop by Gates 5 and 6. That loop congests before and after events and can close to all traffic except Wheel-Trans, so we agree an alternate meeting point with you at booking and use whichever is actually moving.
On a drop-off and pick-up booking, where is the driver during the show?
Not waiting for you, because you have not booked the vehicle for those hours. The pick-up leg is scheduled and the same chauffeur returns for it. You text near the end of the set and walk to the meeting point you were given in writing at booking.
What happens if the show runs late?
On a by-the-trip pick-up, nothing. It is a flat price for the leg however long the encore runs. On an hourly booking, time past your confirmed hours bills at the same hourly rate, agreed with your chauffeur before it starts.
Which vehicle should a couple book?
The sedan at approximately $185 each way. It seats two. If there are four of you, the Executive SUV at approximately $225 each way is the correction we make most often, and it buys four more seats and the boot space with them.
Which vehicle should a group of ten book?
The Regular Sprinter, 7 to 14 seats, from approximately $500 each way or approximately $1,000 as a return. Across ten people that return works out near $100 each for the whole evening before tax and gratuity.
What if our group is bigger than 14?
Above fourteen the hourly product takes over. The 27-Passenger Mini Bus is approximately $250 an hour from a $1,000 minimum spend, and the 35-Seat Limousine Bus is approximately $250 an hour from a $1,400 minimum spend. One vehicle beats three cars trying to reach the same kerb in the same minute.
How much is the Jet Sprinter for this show?
By the trip, from approximately $1,000 each way for 7 to 10 passengers. By the hour it is approximately $300 an hour from a $1,200 minimum spend. It is the flagship cabin, with captain’s chairs and a conference table.
How far in advance should I book for a two-night run?
Two to four weeks is comfortable for a sedan or SUV transfer on one night. Book six to eight weeks ahead for a Sprinter or a mini bus, and earlier again if you want the same vehicle held across both nights, because two consecutive dates take a vehicle out of the roster twice.
Is a booking cheaper than parking and driving?
For one couple on one night, no, and we will not pretend otherwise against a $50 parking spot. For a group it wins outright: an Executive SUV both ways is about $75 each across six people, nobody is the designated driver, and you skip the exit ramp entirely. Across two nights the parking bill doubles and the comparison moves again.
How does the price compare to rideshare after the show?
Rideshare surges when 19,000 people leave at once, and the wait is typically 20 to 40 minutes on a sold-out night. Your pick-up leg is a fixed price agreed before you left home, and the chauffeur is heading to a meeting point you both already know.
Can we be picked up from more than one address?
Yes. Send the full stop list when you request the quote and we build the route and the pickup time around it. An additional stop is from $30.
Do you pick up outside downtown Toronto?
Yes. Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton, Etobicoke, North York and Scarborough are all routine pickups for a Scotiabank Arena night. By-the-trip prices are set by distance from your pickup address.
We are coming in from out of town and staying at a hotel. How does that work?
The hotel leg and the arena leg sit on one booking with one coordinator. A downtown hotel to the arena is the shortest transfer on the page, and if you are flying in the airport arrival can be chained onto the same reservation. Every price on this page is for travel within the GTA.
Can we book dinner before the show and the arena after?
Yes, and that is an hourly booking rather than two transfers, because the vehicle is with you between the stops. The Escalade is approximately $175 an hour from a $525 minimum spend.
What is the bag policy at Scotiabank Arena?
Only bags smaller than about 16.5 by 11.5 centimetres get in. Bag check is $25 an item at the galleria across from Gate 1. On an hourly booking anything larger stays in the vehicle with your chauffeur at no extra cost, which is one real reason groups choose hourly over two transfers.
Where is Scotiabank Arena?
40 Bay Street, Toronto, Ontario M5J 2X2, on the northwest corner of Lake Shore Boulevard West and Bay Street, next to Union Station.
Is there accessible parking and accessible boarding?
The arena has four accessible spaces on site, and Fan Services takes accessible parking requests at (416) 815-5982. Tell us at booking if anyone needs accessible boarding and we set the meeting point to match.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, $25 each, fitted in advance with ages given at booking.
What is included in the price?
The chauffeur, the vehicle, fuel and insurance, on both products. HST at 13% and gratuity of 15 to 20% are added on top and shown on your quote before you approve it.
Can a company book this for a client group?
Yes, on invoicing rather than a card at the kerb. Client groups usually book by the hour so the vehicle covers a dinner stop and the returns. The Executive Sprinter is approximately $195 an hour from a $780 minimum spend, and the Jet Sprinter approximately $300 an hour from $1,200.
How do I get a quote?
Send the date or dates, your pickup address or addresses, the headcount, and whether you want two transfers or the vehicle held by the hour. We reply with one fixed price, usually within the hour.
