Winter ski season presents unique transportation challenges for Toronto-area skiers heading to Mont-Tremblant. Your group secured ski-in/ski-out accommodations at Tremblant Resort Village. Eight skiers with full gear: skis, boots, poles, helmets, goggles, plus weekend luggage. 640-kilometer journey through Ontario and Quebec winter conditions.

Option A: Coordinate multiple personal vehicles: two or three cars, split fuel costs, navigate unfamiliar Quebec highways in winter conditions, worry about parking at both ends, assign designated drivers missing après-ski, hope everyone arrives simultaneously for group check-in.

Option B: Deploy professional group ski resort shuttle: entire ski group together in climate-controlled Mercedes Sprinter, professional driver experienced in winter highway conditions, ample cargo space for all ski equipment, everyone enjoys the journey, arrive refreshed and ready for first chair.

This operational reality explains why ski groups, families, and corporate teams increasingly specify professional ski resort van transportation for Mont-Tremblant weekends. When limo service handles winter driving, equipment hauling, and route navigation, your ski trip transforms from logistical stress into premium vacation experience.

Toronto to Mont Tremblant: one-way fares by vehicle

The fares on the cards above come from our published rate card for trips from Toronto Pearson (YYZ) to Mont-Tremblant. An executive sedan for 2 to 3 travellers is from approximately $1,510 one way. An SUV is from approximately $1,630, a Cadillac Escalade from approximately $2,550, and a 14-passenger Mercedes-Benz Sprinter from approximately $2,920. HST of 13% and gratuity of 15 to 20% are added on top, and your written quote shows the total before you pay.

Each fare is per vehicle, not per person. Split across a full Sprinter of 14 skiers, the one-way fare works out to about $209 each before HST and gratuity. A return trip is priced as two one-way transfers, so the drive home is a second fare of the same size. The full table, with Montreal, Ottawa and Quebec City, sits on our rates page.

Can we book a Sprinter with a driver for a ski or bachelor weekend in Mont-Tremblant?

Yes. A 14-passenger Sprinter takes the group and the ski gear from Toronto, and the driver can stay for the weekend; from Pearson the one-way Sprinter fare is from approximately $2,920, plus HST and gratuity. If the Sprinter and driver stay with you through the weekend, each held day is from approximately $2,100, with driver accommodation extra for every overnight, plus HST and gratuity.

A ski or bachelor weekend usually runs Friday to Sunday. There are two ways to book it. The first is two one-way trips: the Sprinter drops you at Tremblant on Friday and a second trip collects you on Sunday, from approximately $2,920 each way. The second is a held vehicle: the Sprinter and driver stay at Mont-Tremblant with you, ready for the run to a restaurant, a second ski hill or the drive home on your own clock.

A held day covers about 10 hours of the van and driver. Hours past that are billed on top, every day of the hold is billed, and the driver needs a room for each night away. Send the dates, the number of people and the number of ski or snowboard bags, and the quote comes back with both options side by side so the group can pick.

Toronto to Mont Tremblant drive: what the day looks like

Plan on 7 to 8 hours door to door. Most groups leave Toronto between 7:00 and 9:00 AM so they reach the village for an evening check-in, with a coffee stop on the 401 and a longer lunch break near Ottawa. The chauffeur sets the stops around the group, so a family with young kids and a team of skiers heading straight for the hill get different days.

Tell us early if anyone has a fixed time to meet, such as a ski lesson, a dinner booking or a check-in window at a condo. The departure time is set backwards from it, with room for winter weather on the way. If you are flying in to Pearson from elsewhere, the trip can start at arrivals rather than at a home address.

The drive home follows the same pattern in reverse. A Sunday departure after lunch puts most groups back in Toronto in the evening, with a dinner stop on the way if the group wants one. Tell us who gets dropped where, because a run that ends at three different homes across the GTA takes longer than a single drop at one office or one address.

Bus to Mont Tremblant or a private Sprinter?

A scheduled bus runs on its own timetable from its own stops, and each traveller follows the operator’s rules for bags and gear. That works for one or two people with a backpack. It gets harder with a group carrying skis, boots and a weekend of luggage who all want to leave from one place at one time.

A private Sprinter leaves from your door or office when you choose, stays together as one group and drops you at your own address in Mont-Tremblant. For 10 to 14 people, one Sprinter fare split across the group is about $209 to $292 each one way before HST and gratuity, and nobody drags ski bags through a bus terminal at either end.

Mont Tremblant shuttle for ski groups and gear

Gear is what decides the vehicle. A sedan suits 2 to 3 people with light bags. A Cadillac Escalade gives a family room for skis and boots without a roof box. For groups of 10 or more, or a smaller group with snowboards and full weekend luggage, the 14-passenger Sprinter is the one to book because the bags travel inside the rear of the van.

Extra luggage such as ski bags or oversized cases is $15 each on our published add-on list, and a child seat is $25. Count the bags when you ask for a quote so we can confirm the vehicle before the day. If the count is close to the limit, we will say so and suggest the next size up rather than leave someone holding skis on their lap.

Mont Tremblant village drop-off and pickup

Most trips end at Tremblant Resort Village, at a hotel lobby or the address of a rented chalet or condo nearby. Give us the exact address when you book. The driver helps unload the gear at the door, and the return pickup is set for the same spot unless you tell us otherwise.

For the ride home, pick a time that leaves room for checkout and the last runs of the weekend. A Sunday afternoon or Monday morning departure is common. If plans change on the hill, call us as soon as you know and we will confirm the new time with your driver.

Ottawa to Mont Tremblant: picking up friends on the way

The road from Toronto to Mont-Tremblant runs past Ottawa, so a group split between the two cities can share one vehicle. The Sprinter leaves Toronto with the first half of the group and collects the rest at an Ottawa address on the way north. The Ottawa pickup is priced on your written quote, with a set time for the Ottawa travellers.

Give us the Ottawa address when you book, along with the number of people and bags joining there. The chauffeur plans the morning so the Toronto group is not left waiting at the curb, and the van still has room for everyone’s skis when the second half climbs in. If most of the group lives in Ottawa, ask us to price the trip from there instead.

Mont Tremblant ski packages: what the ride adds per person

When you price a Mont-Tremblant ski package, add the ride to the total. Here is how the ride works out for a group of 12 in one Sprinter. The drive up is from approximately $2,920 and the drive home is a second fare of the same size, so the round trip is from approximately $5,840, or about $487 per person before HST of 13% and gratuity.

Compare that with three or four cars making the same drive. Each one needs a driver who skips the last après-ski drink, fuel for about 1,300km there and back, winter tires and a parking spot at the resort. In the Sprinter the whole group arrives together, the gear rides in the back, and nobody has to drive home tired on Sunday afternoon.

Mont Tremblant winter weekends from Toronto: planning the booking

Ski season weekends between December and March are the busiest time for this route, along with the holiday weeks. Book as soon as your dates and accommodation are set. A larger vehicle, or two vehicles for one group, is easier to line up with notice.

Groups of more than 14 can travel in two Sprinters that leave together, or in a 27-passenger mini coach or 56-seat coach, which are quoted per trip. Corporate teams get one booking and one invoice for the whole group, whatever the number of vehicles. For trips closer to home, see our Blue Mountain group transportation.
