What to budget for the transfer

Start with these approximate one-way budgets, then book online using your pickup, travel date and passenger details. If the vehicle or itinerary is not offered online, contact us for that arrangement.

VehiclePassenger capacityFrom YYZ, one wayFrom downtown Toronto, one way
Sedan2 to 3 passengersApprox. $200 to $300Approx. $225 to $350
SUVUp to 6 passengersApprox. $350 to $475Approx. $400 to $550
Cadillac EscaladeUp to 6 passengersApprox. $425 to $600Approx. $500 to $700
SprinterUp to 14 passengersApprox. $725 to $1,025Approx. $850 to $1,175

All amounts are CAD, plus 13% HST and 15% to 20% gratuity. Luggage, stops, waiting, tolls and vehicle selection can affect the total. Passenger capacity does not override property occupancy or access limits.

The YYZ ranges are planning estimates based on our published Blue Mountain / Collingwood rates and the approximate road-distance difference. Downtown Toronto ranges are estimates using Union Station as the reference pickup, not published flat fares. Allowance ranges are not a guarantee of the final price. See our current rates.

Google Maps puts the driving distance at approximately 130 km from YYZ and 150 km from Union Station to the destination. Distances depend on the route selected; some routes use toll roads. Enter the exact address for your booking.

The table covers one outward journey. Add the return when booking if you need both directions; these amounts do not include a driver staying with you or local trips during your visit.

Book your transfer online

A Toronto or Toronto Pearson (YYZ) journey to ReLive Retreat should be booked around your confirmed accommodation, luggage and return plans. ReLive is in Priceville, Grey Highlands, Ontario. A Sprinter is an option for a party travelling together, subject to the actual seating layout, bag space and property-approved arrival point. Request an out-of-town, distance-based quotation covering both directions rather than applying a Toronto hourly rate to the trip.

The property lists five distinctive stays, including yurts, a chalet and cabins. That makes the accommodation reservation a better starting point than a vehicle seat count. Friends booking different units may share a ride without sharing a check-in process, and a vehicle with spare seats does not give anyone permission to bring extra guests.

This article covers Toronto and YYZ departures to ReLive, then the journey home or back to the airport. It does not offer short local rides around Priceville. Chauffeuropolis transportation and ReLive accommodation are separate bookings; no property partnership or bundled retreat package is implied.

Choose a journey that fits the stay

For friends leaving from one Toronto address, a shared Sprinter can keep departure arrangements manageable. Everyone has the same meeting point and arrives with the bags they agreed to bring. The complication usually appears when the passenger list changes: someone adds a large cooler, someone flies into Pearson, or one couple needs to leave a day early. Deal with those differences before selecting the vehicle.

Use this comparison to frame a quotation request. These are possible arrangements, not promises of vehicle availability or permission to enter the property. The transport provider needs to check the particular vehicle against the trip, and ReLive needs to confirm where the group may arrive.

A comparison image cannot settle the luggage question. Send the passenger count and an inventory of suitcases, soft bags, food containers and any mobility equipment. Ask which proposed vehicle can carry that combination safely. A more spacious-looking cabin may have a different storage arrangement, so an interior preference should come after the practical fit.

What makes ReLive different from a hotel arrival

ReLive’s official website identifies the property as a nature-based retreat in Priceville, Grey Highlands. Its accommodation list names The Dream Capsule, The Spruce Peak, The Scarlet Yurt, The Juniper Yurt and The Hilltop Chalet. Those names are useful travel information: put the name of the booked stay on your organiser’s itinerary rather than treating every reservation as a room in one hotel building.

The website describes meadows, forests, wetlands, springs and rivers connected by trails. It also describes architecture designed around the natural setting. Those are reasons to leave time for the stay itself. They are not evidence that a passenger vehicle may use a trail, that every accommodation has a driveway, or that guests can unload beside their unit.

For a group, the practical distinction is between reaching the property and reaching the accommodation. Ask ReLive for the arrival instructions associated with each reservation, then pass the relevant vehicle instructions to the transport provider. Guests should know whether they will carry luggage after unloading. The article cannot establish that distance or surface from the public homepage, so it does not promise door-to-cabin delivery.

The five listed stays are not a statement of guest capacity. Different accommodation types may have different occupancy rules, seasonal availability or booking conditions. Confirm the actual reservations before inviting the rest of the group. For a gathering involving guests from several units, ask the property whether the proposed use is acceptable rather than treating separate bookings as permission for an event.

Match the packing list to the booked accommodation

A yurt reservation and a chalet reservation need not produce the same packing list. Ask the property what your specific stay provides before allocating vehicle storage to bedding, cooking equipment or bulky supplies. The homepage’s accommodation names do not establish the contents of each unit. A short message to the host can prevent several guests from bringing duplicate items that consume the available bag space.

Give the transport organiser one final luggage list, not a collection of estimates in separate messages. Describe large or unusual items plainly. A rigid cooler, a folded stroller and a dog carrier take up space differently from a soft overnight bag, even if everyone calls each one a single item. If an item changes after the vehicle is quoted, tell the provider before departure.

Keep the things needed on arrival accessible. Reservation details, weather layers, medication and the host’s directions should not disappear beneath shared food containers. Label bags by traveller, and by accommodation when the group occupies more than one stay. That is especially useful if several people bring similar dark duffels and everyone starts unloading at once.

Do not plan to solve a storage shortage by filling an aisle or taking a suitcase onto a passenger seat. Ask for a suitable vehicle or revise the packing plan. The accepted seating and luggage arrangement should remain the same for the return, allowing for anything the group expects to bring home.

Set a Toronto departure that people can actually meet

Choose one lawful loading point that works for the quoted vehicle. A downtown building address alone may leave the driver and guests on different sides of the block, so confirm the entrance or pickup instruction before sending the travel note. If the group needs more than one Toronto collection, list every stop in the request and ask how that changes the schedule and quotation.

Separate the time guests should be ready from the time the vehicle is due to depart. People need time to find the correct entrance, load bags and check that the whole party is present. The organiser should keep a passenger list and count people before departure rather than relying on messages saying someone is nearly there.

Work backward from ReLive’s confirmed arrival window. An early departure is not useful if the property cannot receive the group yet. Equally, a late city collection can leave little room for traffic or a necessary comfort stop. Ask the transport provider for an itinerary estimate based on the actual origin, travel date and agreed stops; a broad travel description on a destination website is not a guaranteed journey time.

For an overnight stay, resist filling the outward journey with optional errands. If groceries or another stop are necessary, identify the location and purpose in advance. A stop changes the trip even when it looks close on a map. The driver should receive the accepted itinerary, not discover a new shopping plan after everyone boards.

Pearson arrivals need their own collection plan

Flight arrival and vehicle departure are different times. A traveller landing at YYZ still needs to leave the aircraft and complete any applicable arrivals process before meeting the driver. Send flight numbers, travel dates and terminal information to the transport provider, then obtain the actual meeting instructions. Do not tell guests to use a particular door or curb unless it is the confirmed collection arrangement.

If several people arrive on different flights, decide whether waiting together is sensible. A single collection may work when the arrivals fit the same travel window. Separate collections may be more practical when the flights are widely separated, but they create separate arrival arrangements at ReLive and need separate quotes. Compare those plans before asking the first arrivals to spend their afternoon waiting.

Name one airport contact who will have a working phone after landing. Share the provider’s instructions with every traveller, not only the person who arranged payment. The group should also know whom to contact if a flight changes, a bag is delayed or a passenger cannot find the meeting point. Ask how those changes affect waiting charges or rescheduling under the accepted booking terms.

Combining a Pearson pickup with Toronto collections is an itinerary choice, not an automatic inclusion. Give the provider the complete sequence and ask whether it makes sense for the travellers involved. A group already assembled in Toronto may prefer to leave separately rather than tie its departure to an uncertain flight arrival. ReLive’s arrival arrangements still need to work for both parties.

Confirm the final handover before choosing the vehicle

Ask the property where the proposed vehicle should stop, where passengers unload and how they reach their booked accommodation. Share the vehicle type rather than asking only whether parking exists. Permission for a guest car does not establish permission or sufficient space for a Sprinter, and neither establishes coach access.

The driver also needs a safe way to leave after unloading. Ask about any relevant entrance, turning or parking restrictions through the property contact, and give the answers to the transport provider. Do not rely on a map pin alone for the final approach. Directions intended for a guest arriving independently may omit details that matter to a larger passenger vehicle.

Discuss accessibility early and specifically. If a traveller needs help with steps, cannot walk far with luggage, or travels with mobility equipment, describe those needs before booking either side of the trip. Vehicle accessibility and accommodation accessibility are separate checks. Avoid assuming that the label “retreat” or a photograph of a cabin answers either one.

A written handover instruction should name the accepted unloading point and the contact to call if it cannot be used. Keep this instruction separate from general directions to Priceville. The host controls permission on the property, while the transport provider must decide whether the proposed movement is safe for its vehicle. Neither decision should be left to an arriving passenger with a phone map.

Leave room for the actual retreat

ReLive’s public description emphasises its natural setting and distinctive accommodation. A useful itinerary gives guests time to settle into that setting instead of turning arrival into a sequence of appointments. Once the host’s arrival window is known, plan the first shared activity after bags are unloaded and travellers have reached their units.

For friends reserving different stays, appoint one person to coordinate transport without making that person responsible for everyone’s accommodation arrangements. Each booking holder should retain their own reservation details and property instructions. The transport organiser needs the arrival plan and passenger list, not private booking correspondence unrelated to the journey.

A sample sequence might be a Toronto collection, a prearranged stop if needed, arrival during the agreed handover window and an unhurried first evening. The next day belongs to the accommodation booking and the group’s approved plans. On departure day, leave time to pack and complete the property’s checkout requirements before the vehicle collection. This is a planning sequence, not a published ReLive schedule or included transport package.

An overnight itinerary should also make clear when transport is absent. An outbound drop-off and a return collection do not mean the vehicle waits at the retreat or remains available for excursions. If the group needs additional travel, request it separately before booking and confirm whether it can be provided. Do not base a meal plan on an assumed local ride.

Pets and outdoor gear need advance agreement

ReLive’s homepage describes the property as friendly-pet-friendly. That wording is a reason to ask about the conditions for your particular stay, not permission to add an animal to a transport booking without notice. Accommodation rules and vehicle rules are separate. Confirm both before paying for a plan that depends on bringing a pet.

Tell the transport provider about the animal and any carrier or other equipment. Ask how the pet will travel and whether the proposed vehicle is suitable. If other members of the party have allergies or concerns, settle those privately before the itinerary is final. The organiser should not leave the driver to resolve a disagreement at pickup.

Outdoor clothing can also change the luggage picture. Boots, wet coats and muddy bags need a packing plan for the return. Bring appropriate covers or bags for soiled items, and ask about the vehicle’s requirements rather than assuming outdoor equipment can be loaded loose. Keep a dry layer available for the ride back.

Weather may affect the group’s plans without changing the accommodation reservation in the same way it affects transport. Ask each provider about its own terms. If conditions make the accepted collection point unsuitable, the host and transport provider need to agree on an alternative; guests should not improvise an unfamiliar approach or wait somewhere the driver has not accepted.

Plan the return before the outward trip

Book a collection time and location for the return while arranging the outward journey. “Sunday afternoon” leaves too much unresolved. The driver needs a scheduled movement, while guests need to know when they must finish checkout and bring their bags to the approved collection point. Confirm whether the return point is the same as the arrival point.

For a Toronto return, list the final drop-off addresses and their order. Returning to a different neighbourhood, adding a stop or leaving some passengers elsewhere changes the itinerary. Send those details for pricing rather than assuming that a return trip reverses every part of the outward journey automatically.

For YYZ departures, work backward from the airline’s applicable arrival recommendation and the confirmed flight details, then allow for the road journey and an appropriate contingency with the provider. Do not calculate pickup from the flight departure time alone. Airport arrival requirements, baggage needs and road conditions can differ, so this article does not prescribe a universal buffer.

Mixed returns deserve a separate decision. An early airport passenger can force everyone else to leave before they intended. Ask for the cost and practical implications of a separate collection, then compare that with a shared return everyone accepts. Once the choice is made, issue a final passenger list for each vehicle so nobody is counted on the wrong journey.

Before boarding, check that every unit’s travellers are present and that all luggage has reached the loading point. Keep passports and essential travel documents with their owners. A forgotten bag is inconvenient on a city return; it is more serious when a passenger needs to check in for a flight.

Ask for a quote that covers the complete trip

Use the approximate one-way budgets above to plan the trip, then book online with your actual pickup, destination, date, passengers and luggage. Add the return if needed. The selected vehicle and itinerary determine the final price; a GTA hourly rate is not the price of an out-of-town transfer.

Give the provider the travel dates, Toronto collection address or flight information, passenger numbers and luggage description. Add the ReLive booking name, the property-approved handover instructions, requested stops and the full return plan. Include accessibility requirements or pets at the enquiry stage so the proposed vehicle can be assessed before the price is accepted.

Ask the written quotation to identify the vehicle category, included movements, applicable taxes and gratuity treatment, and any waiting or change terms. Check whether it covers two separate transfers or another arrangement. If the group expects a vehicle to remain available between arrival and departure, that expectation needs an explicit answer rather than an assumption based on the word “charter.”

Compare quotations on that same itinerary. A price covering one Toronto pickup and one return drop-off is not directly comparable with a plan that includes Pearson collections, several city stops or extended waiting. If the party changes its plans, request a revised quotation before circulating a cost per person.

Request a quote with the confirmed trip details. When the vehicle, schedule and terms are settled, use the Chauffeuropolis booking page to proceed through the booking process. A quote request by itself does not reserve ReLive accommodation or confirm transportation.

Send guests one final travel note

Keep the final note short enough that people will read it on their phones. Give the departure date, ready time, exact meeting instruction and organiser’s number. Add the luggage agreement and the accepted return collection details. Guests staying in different ReLive units should retain their own property instructions alongside this shared transport note.

Do a final check with both providers if the party size, flight or luggage changes. Update the note rather than leaving corrections scattered through a group chat. Make clear which version is current, and ask anyone travelling separately to confirm that the shared passenger list no longer includes them.

The aim is modest: the right people, with the agreed bags, at a place where the booked vehicle can safely collect them. That gives the group a workable beginning and end to its stay without promising access, amenities or services that neither provider has confirmed.

Questions about Toronto to ReLive Retreat travel

Can we book a Sprinter from Toronto to ReLive Retreat?

Request a Sprinter quotation for your confirmed party, luggage and dates. Suitability depends on the proposed vehicle and ReLive’s accepted arrival point. A quotation enquiry is not a vehicle availability confirmation or permission for a larger group to stay at the property.

Where is ReLive Retreat?

ReLive’s official website places the retreat in Priceville, Grey Highlands, Ontario. Use the property’s reservation instructions for the final arrival location and handover. This article does not substitute a general destination listing for vehicle-specific access directions.

Can we leave from Toronto Pearson instead of downtown?

Include YYZ collection in the quotation request with flight numbers, dates and terminal details. Obtain the provider’s meeting instructions and waiting terms. If your party arrives on several flights, compare a shared collection with separate transfers before setting the property arrival plan.

Does the charter include transport during our stay?

Only the movements included in the accepted booking are covered. An outward transfer and a return collection do not establish that a vehicle stays with the group. Request any additional travel separately and do not assume local rides will be available from the retreat.

How many people can stay at ReLive?

Confirm occupancy with ReLive for the specific accommodation you reserve. The homepage lists five stays, but that is not a total guest capacity or permission for an event. The passenger capacity of a Sprinter does not determine how many people the property permits.

Can the vehicle take us directly to our cabin or yurt?

Direct delivery to an individual accommodation is not verified. Ask ReLive to approve the proposed vehicle’s unloading point, then have the transport provider assess it. Guests should understand any final walk or luggage handover before the vehicle is booked.

Can we bring a dog?

ReLive describes itself as friendly-pet-friendly, but the conditions for your stay still need confirmation. Ask the transport provider separately about travelling with the animal and any carrier. Property acceptance does not automatically mean acceptance in the proposed vehicle.

How should we arrange a return to Pearson?

Provide the return flight details and agree on a collection time that accounts for airline arrival requirements, the road journey and contingency. Confirm the terminal and approved property pickup point. Travellers with very different flight times may need separately quoted returns.
