From approximately $1,000 covers the Regular Sprinter booked in both directions, which is two $500 legs priced and held together. Transfer prices are approximate, one price per leg within the GTA, set by distance, with no minimum. They include the chauffeur, fuel and insurance. HST at 13% and gratuity of 15 to 20% are added on top.
By the hour: the chauffeur holds through the show
This is the product for an evening built around a dinner, or for a party that wants coats and umbrellas left in the vehicle rather than carried through a November concourse. It costs more than two transfers, and it buys you the vehicle rather than two journeys.
The minimum column is not the same rule on every row. Most vehicles carry a minimum spend, a dollar figure billed per trip. The Maybach carries a minimum number of hours instead. Those are two different things and one never converts into the other.
Hourly prices are approximate and include the chauffeur, fuel and insurance for the hours you book. Additional hours are billed at the same hourly rate. HST at 13% and gratuity of 15 to 20% are added on top. Child seats are $25 each and an additional stop is from $30, both shown on your quote before you approve it.

What a November evening changes about getting to the arena
Two practical consequences. The first is that we build more time into the pickup, because a wet Wednesday on the Gardiner is not a dry one. The second is that the walk from wherever you are dropped matters far more than it does in summer, which is the whole reason the meeting point is agreed at booking rather than found on the night.
The rideshare problem gets worse in the same weather for the same reasons. Demand climbs, supply does not, and the pin you drop is on a corner your driver cannot legally stop at. A pre-booked pick-up is not affected by any of that, because the vehicle and the corner were both decided weeks earlier.

A higher seat is easier to get into and out of than a low one, and both have the boot space for a folded walker. The Regular Sprinter and the Jet Sprinter have the easiest step of anything we run, with a wide sliding door and a flat floor at the entrance.
The other half of it is time. A chauffeur who knows somebody needs an unhurried kerb does not stop where the traffic is behind him. That is a planning decision made at booking, and it is why the meeting point matters more than the vehicle.

On a sold-out night the loop stops being a drop-off point and becomes a queue. A driver who does not know that sits in it. A chauffeur who does agrees a meeting point with you before you leave, drops you a short walk from the doors, and waits somewhere you can actually reach at the end.

You get the exact pickup corner, the driver’s name and number, and the return arrangement in writing. Nothing is decided on the night.
A November Wednesday on the 401 or the QEW is planned against the route, not against an average.
Short distance, slow road. Wet pavement and darkness cost more time than the distance suggests.

Coming in from Hamilton, Barrie, Kitchener, London or Niagara
For a party of twenty or more that usually means the 27-Passenger Mini Bus or the 56-Passenger Coach, which sit on the hourly card because the vehicle is held for the whole run rather than doing two separate legs. For a family of four to six making the same trip, an Executive SUV or a Cadillac Escalade covers it door to door.
The advantage over driving in yourself is the same one every time, and it is bigger the further out you start: nobody spends two hours on a wet 401 at midnight after a three hour show. The advantage over a scheduled bus is that you leave from your own address and come back to it.
Getting out after a sold-out Journey show
With a booking: you text your chauffeur near the end of the set, walk to the meeting point you agreed at booking, and get in. The vehicle has been staged nearby the whole time, so it is not trying to enter the arena district from Lake Shore with everyone else.
Without one: surge pricing, a twenty to forty minute wait outdoors, a pin that keeps moving because the driver cannot reach the corner you dropped it on, and a walk north to find a street that is moving.
A late finish costs you nothing on either product. A by-the-trip pick-up is a flat price for the leg however long the encore runs. On an hourly booking, time past your confirmed hours bills at the same hourly rate, agreed with your chauffeur before it starts rather than added afterwards.
Scotiabank Arena bag policy for concerts
In November this is a bigger problem than it sounds, because everybody is carrying a coat and half the room has an umbrella. Scotiabank Arena does not publish a doors time for each event. Its general guidance is that doors open 60 to 90 minutes before showtime, so arriving 45 to 60 minutes ahead clears security and merch comfortably.

How far in advance should I book for this show?
Two to four weeks is comfortable for a sedan or SUV transfer. Book six to eight weeks ahead for a Sprinter, mini bus or coach. An out-of-town charter wants longer still. It leaves the GTA, so it is booked as a full day and quoted against your route and vehicle.
Is a booking cheaper than parking and driving?
