Our wedding shuttle service is built around your timeline, not ours. We coordinate every detail with your wedding planner or day-of coordinator to make sure guests are where they need to be, when they need to be there.
Multi-pickup coordination is standard. If guests are staying at two or three different hotels, we build a route that collects everyone and arrives at the venue on time. The bus departs from the first hotel early enough to account for traffic and additional stops. Every guest receives the pickup schedule in advance.
For weddings with separate ceremony and reception locations, we handle the transfer. Guests board the shuttle after the ceremony and arrive at the reception venue together. No one gets lost, no one is late, and the photographer gets everyone in the group shots on time.
Hotel block loops are our most popular wedding service. The bus runs continuous rounds between the reception venue and the hotel, typically starting 2 hours before the event ends. Guests can leave whenever they are ready without waiting. The last bus departs 30 to 60 minutes after the reception wraps.

Ontario law permits alcohol consumption on a chartered bus. Many wedding groups enjoy champagne or beverages during the ride. We ask that passengers keep the bus tidy and dispose of bottles responsibly.
What if my guest count changes before the wedding?
Guest counts fluctuate. You can adjust shuttle headcount up to 48 hours before the wedding at no extra charge, as long as the total stays within the capacity of your booked bus. If you need to upgrade to a larger bus, we accommodate wherever possible.
