What is your deposit and payment structure?
We require a 50 percent deposit to secure your wedding date. Final payment is due 14 days prior to your wedding. We accept all major payment methods and credit cards. Payment plans may be available for larger, multi-vehicle bookings.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking 3-6 months before your wedding, particularly for spring and summer dates. However, we accept bookings closer to your date based on vehicle availability. Contact us for current availability and we will work with you on timing.
What happens if there is bad weather on our wedding day?
Rain or shine, our service continues as planned. Our vehicles are fully equipped to handle all weather conditions. If weather creates significant travel delays, we adjust timelines in coordination with you and your wedding planner. No refunds are issued for weather-related delays.
Can we include champagne service in our package?
Yes. We offer optional champagne and beverage service with our premium packages. You may provide your own beverages, or we can arrange quality selections based on your preferences. Discuss alcohol service and glassware requirements when booking.
