All rates are plus HST 13% and gratuity 15 to 20 percent. Every figure above is a GTA starting point. The number you actually pay is fixed in writing before anything is charged. Pickups outside the GTA are quoted on distance, so a Hamilton or Barrie start reads higher than the figures above. Our full rate card covers the rest of the fleet.

Sprinter van to Rogers Stadium: fourteen people, one vehicle, one price

The 14-seat Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is the single most booked vehicle to this venue, and the reason is arithmetic rather than luxury. Fourteen people in separate cars is fourteen people arriving at different minutes, at two zones a kilometre apart, on a night when the roads in are already slow.

One Sprinter starts from $600 each way, which at a full fourteen is about $43 a head per direction before HST and gratuity. It also collapses the hard part of the evening to a single decision: one pickup route, one drop, one meeting point afterwards, and one person to text when you leave your seats.

Past fourteen, cheaper per head than two Sprinters

Group transportation to Rogers Stadium above twenty-seven people usually splits into a mini bus plus a Sprinter, or a 56-Passenger Coach where the whole party is travelling from one place. Tell us the head count and the pickup spread and we will price the combinations rather than push you at the biggest vehicle.

Transportation to Rogers Stadium by group size

The vehicle question answers itself once you count heads and decide whether the group wants to arrive together. Two people going to a show do not need a Sprinter. Nine people who all live in different postcodes very much do, because the alternative is four separate cars, four separate fares, and four separate arrival times at a venue where the walk from the wrong drop point is 900 metres.

Above fourteen the answer is either two Sprinters or a 27-passenger mini bus, and the mini bus is usually cheaper per head. Detail on the small end lives on our Rogers Stadium car service page, and the occasion end on the limo service page.

Rogers Stadium capacity: what 50,000 people leaving at once does to your night

Rogers Stadium holds about 50,000 people on the former Downsview Airport lands in North York, which makes it one of the largest concert venues in Toronto and, for one hour after the last song, one of the hardest places in the city to leave. It is an open-air venue built by Live Nation and opened in 2025, and the land around it was an airport, not a transit hub. The road network was never designed to empty a stadium.

That matters to a buyer for one reason. Every option that depends on capacity you do not control gets worse in exact proportion to how many people want it at the same second. The subway platform, the rideshare queue and the parking lot exit all degrade together at roughly 11 PM. A vehicle that is already booked, already paid at a fixed number and already parked at an agreed point does not degrade at all. That is the entire product.

The gap between a booked pickup and a rideshare queue is widest at exactly the moment you care about it most.

Uber to Rogers Stadium compared with a booked car

Rideshare works fine going in. You are travelling at a normal hour against normal demand, and the app behaves. Coming out is a different market. Fifty thousand people open the same app inside the same ten minutes at a site with two pickup zones, and the price is set by that spike rather than by the distance home.

The two honest differences are price certainty and position. A booked car is priced when you book it, so the number cannot move while you are standing in the dark deciding whether to accept it. And the driver is already at an agreed point rather than trying to reach you through the same traffic everyone else is generating. For one or two people the cost gap after a big show is real but not always large. For a group of ten it is not close, because rideshare multiplies by vehicle and a Sprinter does not.

We are not going to tell you rideshare never works. It works right up until the moment everyone needs it. If your show is a midweek half-full night, take the app. If it is a sold-out Saturday, the round trip booking is the version of this that people actually thank themselves for.

Rogers Stadium shuttle and TTC: what they cover

The venue’s own answer is transit, and it is a reasonable answer. Downsview Park, Sheppard West and Wilson stations all serve the site, and there is a free TTC shuttle between Wilson Station and the stadium, running from 30 minutes before the Fan Plaza opens until one hour after the show ends. If you are going alone and you are not in a hurry, that is a genuinely good way to get there.

What it does not cover is the return leg with a group, luggage, anyone with mobility needs, or a start point that is not near a station. The shuttle stops running one hour after the show ends, which is fine unless your row is slow to clear. Full transit routing, including the GO Barrie line and the walk distances from each station, is set out on our Rogers Stadium travel page, which we keep separate from this page on purpose so neither one has to pretend to be the other.

Parking is the third option and the one that reads cheapest until you price the walk. The lots are Allen Road parking off 400 William R. Allen Road southbound, and Wilson Avenue parking off 590 Wilson Avenue westbound, with overflow at the unpaved Tuscan Gate lot at Sheppard Avenue West and Tuscan Gate, and York University’s York Boulevard lot, paid through the HONK app. The unpaved lot leaves you a long walk on uneven ground in whatever the weather is doing. Our pickup and drop off page sets out both official zones and the exact distances.

Where we pick up for Rogers Stadium

Pickup is from any address in the Greater Golden Horseshoe. The figures on this page are GTA starting points. A run that begins further out is priced on the distance it actually covers, which is why we quote rather than publish one number for everywhere.

Private transportation to Rogers Stadium: questions buyers ask

How much is private transportation to Rogers Stadium?

A sedan starts at $185 each way within the GTA, an executive SUV at $250, a Cadillac Escalade at $350, a 14-passenger Sprinter at $600 and the Jet Sprinter at $1,000, all plus HST 13% and gratuity 15 to 20 percent. Those are GTA starting points and your exact figure is fixed in writing before you pay.

Is it cheaper to book one vehicle or several rideshares for a group?

For a group of ten a Sprinter at $600 each way works out near $60 a head, and rideshare after a sold-out show prices per vehicle rather than per group, so you would be paying three or four surge fares instead of one fixed one. Below about four people the gap narrows and a sedan is the sensible comparison.

How far in advance should I book for a Rogers Stadium show?

Two to four weeks for a major stadium night, because the 14-passenger Sprinters go first and there are a limited number of them. One week is usually enough for a smaller show, and same-day sedans and SUVs are sometimes available if you call (905) 633-5804.

What happens if the concert runs late?

Nothing changes for you. The booking is held for the show, not for a guessed clock time, so an encore that runs thirty minutes long does not cost extra and does not release your vehicle. You text the driver when you leave your seats.

Can you pick up from more than one address?

Yes. Multi-stop pickup is standard for groups and each passenger gets their own pickup time so nobody waits in a driveway. Give us the addresses in the quote request and we route them in the order that gets everyone to the gates together.

Where exactly does the vehicle drop off at Rogers Stadium?

The venue runs two official pickup and drop-off zones: 81 YZD Lane at the north end, which is a 400 metre walk to the gates, and 590 Wilson Avenue at the south end at 900 metres. We use the one that suits your gate and confirm it before the show.

Do you serve Rogers Stadium and Rogers Centre?

Both, and they are different venues that people book by mistake. Rogers Stadium is the open-air venue at 105 Carl Hall Road in North York. Rogers Centre is the domed stadium downtown. Name the artist when you book and we will confirm which one you actually mean.

Can we drink in the vehicle?

Yes. Ontario permits passengers in a chartered vehicle to consume alcohol, so a group can pre-game on the way in and continue on the way home. Ice and glassware come on request if you flag it at booking.

Is gratuity included in the price?

No. Every figure quoted is plus HST 13% and gratuity 15 to 20 percent, and we state it that way rather than folding it in so the number you compare against another operator is the same kind of number.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancel 14 or more days before pickup, or within 48 hours of booking, for a full refund. Between 7 and 14 days a refund carries an administrative fee, and inside 7 days a booking is non-refundable but can be moved. If the concert itself is postponed your booking transfers to the new date.

Do you charge a surge or peak rate on concert nights?

No. The price is set when you book and does not move because the show sold out or because it started raining. That is the main reason people book this rather than gambling on an app at 11 PM.

Can a single passenger book, or is this only for groups?

A single passenger can book the same as a group of fourteen. The sedan at $185 each way exists for exactly that, and there is no group minimum on any vehicle in the fleet.

How many people fit in one vehicle?

Up to 14 in the Regular Sprinter, which is the largest single vehicle we run to this venue routinely. Seven to ten fit the Jet Sprinter conference cabin, six fit an SUV or Escalade, and two fit a sedan. Above fourteen we quote a 27-passenger mini bus.

Do you pick up from hotels?

Yes, and hotel round trips are one of the most common bookings for this venue because out-of-town groups stage downtown or near the airport and ride up together. The driver collects from the hotel entrance and returns you to the same door.

Is there a wheelchair accessible option?

Tell us at the quote stage and we will confirm the vehicle before you commit rather than after. Accessibility needs at the venue itself, including the drop zone, are handled through Live Nation’s accessibility coordinator.

How does payment work?

You get a fixed written quote first, and nothing is charged before you accept it. That sequence is the point: the number cannot change between the quote and the ride.

What do you need from me to give a quote?

The show date, the pickup address or addresses, the number of passengers, and whether you want the return leg. Four things. Anything else, like a dinner stop or a second drop point on the way home, we can add once the shape is set.

Can you handle a corporate group or client entertainment?

Yes, and it is a large share of what we run to concerts. Invoicing, a named driver confirmed in advance, and a single booking covering several pickup addresses are all standard rather than special requests.

Should I book one way or return?

Return, on any night the show is close to sold out, because the inbound leg is the easy one and the ride home is the part that fails. The round trip transportation to rogers stadium page sets out what the return leg costs and why booking it separately later usually costs more.

Is parking at the stadium a cheaper option?

On paper. The on-site lots are Allen Road parking off 400 William R. Allen Road southbound, and Wilson Avenue parking off 590 Wilson Avenue westbound, they sell out early for big shows, and the overflow at Tuscan Gate is unpaved with a long walk. Once you add the lot fee, the walk and the exit queue, being dropped at the gate stops looking like the expensive choice.

Can I bring a bag to the show?

The venue permits small clutches, belt bags, fanny packs and clear bags only, with backpacks refused even when they are clear. That is a venue rule rather than ours, but it changes what you want to do with coats and bags, and it is one reason groups like having a vehicle they are coming back to.

What areas do you cover for this venue?

Pickup runs from anywhere in the Greater Golden Horseshoe: Toronto, North York, Scarborough, Etobicoke, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, Newmarket, Oakville, Burlington, Milton, Guelph and Hamilton. Rates outside the GTA are quoted on distance.
