Rogers Stadium limo service
For the night that is not just a concert. An Escalade or the Jet Sprinter conference cabin, arriving at the gate while the lot traffic is still queuing.
Rogers Stadium limo service prices
Three vehicles carry the occasion end of this venue. Prices match the figures on our Rogers Stadium concert transportation page, each way within the GTA.
Up to 6 passengers
Cadillac Escalade
Six seats and an arrival that reads differently at the gate. The most booked vehicle on this page by a wide margin, because it is the smallest step up that anyone actually notices.
7 to 10 passengers
Jet Sprinter
The flagship. Forward-facing captain’s chairs, fold-out worktables and a dual skylight in a cabin built for seven, extending to ten. This is the vehicle people mean when they say they want the good one.
Up to 35 passengers
35-Seat Limousine Bus
Lounge seating along the walls rather than rows, for a group that wants the ride to be part of the night. Quoted rather than listed because the figure moves with the date and the hours you actually need it.
All rates are plus HST 13% and gratuity 15 to 20 percent. Occasion bookings vary more than transfers do, so treat these as the floor and let us confirm your date in writing. A sedan or executive SUV at $185 and $250 covers the same journey without the occasion, and is priced on the Rogers Stadium car service page.
Limo service in Toronto: which vehicle is actually a limo
Worth being straight about this, because the word has drifted. When someone searches for limo service in Toronto they are usually picturing a stretch, and stretches are now a small and shrinking part of what operators run. Most of the market moved to Sprinters and full-size SUVs, because they seat more people, ride better and do not need a driveway the length of a bus to turn around in.
So here is what we actually put on the road for this venue, and what each one is:
If you want a stretch specifically, say so in the quote request and we will tell you honestly whether we can put one on your date rather than substituting something and hoping you do not mind. Being told no in advance is better than being surprised in a driveway.
Group transportation to Rogers Stadium in a Jet Sprinter
The Jet Sprinter is where an occasion and a group stop being separate problems. Seven to ten people, forward-facing captain’s chairs, a conference table between them and a dual skylight overhead, which on the way to a stadium show reads less like a meeting room and more like a private lounge that happens to be moving.
It starts from $1,000 each way within the GTA, so at ten people that is $100 a head per direction before HST and gratuity. Against a Regular Sprinter at $600 for fourteen seats, you are paying for the cabin rather than the capacity. That is the right trade for a milestone birthday or a client evening and the wrong one for a straight lift.
All three carry the quote path rather than instant booking, because a group booking has a shape (stops, hours, pickup spread) that a form handles better than a checkout does.
Limo bus and limo rental in Toronto for a Rogers Stadium group
Above ten people the conversation changes. A group that size is not choosing between vehicles any more, it is choosing between one booking and four. At the former Downsview Airport lands the second option is worse than it sounds, because the two official drop zones are at opposite ends of the site and four cars do not arrive together.
The 35-Seat Limousine Bus is the answer for a large group that wants the ride to be part of the evening. Lounge seating along the walls, everyone facing each other, and one driver who has the return leg already planned. It is quoted rather than listed because the number depends on your date and how many hours you actually hold it for.
Between ten and fourteen, the Regular Sprinter at $600 each way is usually the better value and it is priced on the private transportation page. Between fourteen and twenty-seven, ask about the 27-Passenger Mini Bus, which almost always comes in below two Sprinters.
Toronto limo rentals: what you are actually booking
People search for limo rental the way they search for car rental, and the two are different transactions. You are not renting a vehicle and driving it. You are booking a vehicle with a chauffeur for a defined job, and that changes what you are quoted on.
A car rental prices a day and hands you keys. A chauffeured booking prices the work: the vehicle, the driver, the fuel, the commercial insurance and the hours the vehicle is committed to you. For a concert that job is usually a drop and a collection, which is why this page quotes each way rather than by the day. For an evening with several stops it becomes an hourly booking instead, and the hourly rates are on our published rate card.
Two practical consequences. First, you cannot pick a vehicle up and return it, so there is nothing to collect and no deposit to argue about afterwards. Second, because the driver is part of the booking, the vehicle can hold position through a three hour show, which is the entire reason it works for a concert and a rental car does not.
Booking a Rogers Stadium limo for a birthday or anniversary
A concert that is also an occasion has a few requirements a plain transfer does not, and they are all easier to arrange three weeks out than three days out.
Tell us at the quote stage
The details that change the vehicle or the timing.
- Whether it is a surprise, so the driver plays along
- A pre-show dinner stop and where
- Ice and glassware, which come on request
- Whether anyone is being collected separately
What is already included
Not upsells, just how the booking works.
- A named chauffeur confirmed 48 hours out
- A fixed price that does not move
- An agreed post-show meeting point
- The wait through an encore that runs long
Worth knowing
Two things that catch people out at this venue.
- Alcohol is legal for passengers in a chartered vehicle in Ontario
- The venue permits small clutches and refuses backpacks
- Sprinters book out first on major show dates
- Postponed shows move your booking to the new date
If the occasion is a client evening rather than a personal one, invoicing and a single booking covering several pickup addresses are both standard. Say so at the quote stage and it is set up that way from the start.
Rogers Stadium limo service: questions buyers ask
How much is limo service to Rogers Stadium?
A Cadillac Escalade is $350 each way within the GTA and the Jet Sprinter is $1,000, plus HST 13% and gratuity 15 to 20 percent. The 35-Seat Limousine Bus is quoted on your date and the hours you hold it.
What is the difference between the Escalade and the Jet Sprinter?
Seats and cabin. The Escalade carries six in a full-size luxury SUV at $350 each way. The Jet Sprinter carries 7 to 10 in a conference cabin with forward-facing captain’s chairs, fold-out worktables and a dual skylight, at $1,000 each way.
Do you have stretch limousines?
Some dates, not all. Ask specifically in the quote request and we will tell you whether one is available on your date rather than substituting an SUV without saying so. Most of this market moved to Sprinters and full-size SUVs years ago.
How many people fit in a limo for a concert?
Six in the Escalade, 7 to 10 in the Jet Sprinter, up to 14 in a Regular Sprinter at $600 each way, and up to 35 in the Limousine Bus. Above 14 a 27-Passenger Mini Bus is usually cheaper per head than two Sprinters.
Can we drink in the limo on the way to the show?
Yes. Ontario law permits passengers in a chartered vehicle to consume alcohol, so a group can start the evening on the way in and continue on the way home. Ice and glassware come on request if you flag it at booking.
How far ahead should I book a limo for a Rogers Stadium show?
Three to four weeks for a major date. Occasion bookings and the larger vehicles go first, and a Saturday headline show can clear the Sprinter fleet a month out.
Can you do a surprise for a birthday?
Yes, and it works better when we know. Tell us at the quote stage and the driver is briefed on the arrival, the timing and whether they should say anything at all when they pull up.
Is a pre-show dinner stop possible?
Yes, and it is common on this route because the venue sits well north of the restaurants. Give us the address at the quote stage so the timing is built into the booking rather than improvised on the night.
Where does a limo drop off at Rogers Stadium?
At the venue’s official zones: 81 YZD Lane at the north end, a 400 metre walk to the gates, or 590 Wilson Avenue at the south end at 900 metres. Your driver confirms which one suits your gate before the show.
Does the limo wait during the concert?
Yes on a return booking. The vehicle stays in the area and holds an agreed meeting point, so the ride home does not depend on whatever is available at 11 PM.
Is gratuity included in the limo price?
No. Every figure is plus HST 13% and gratuity 15 to 20 percent, quoted separately so you are comparing the same kind of number against another operator.
What is the 35-Seat Limousine Bus?
A 35-passenger vehicle with lounge seating along the walls rather than forward rows, so the group faces each other. It is quoted rather than listed because the price depends on your date and the number of hours you hold it.
Can a corporate account book this for client entertainment?
Yes. Invoicing rather than a card at the door, a named driver confirmed in advance, and one booking covering several pickup addresses are all standard. Say so at the quote stage and it is set up that way.
What happens if the show runs long?
Nothing on your side. The booking is held for the show rather than a guessed clock time, so a long encore costs nothing extra and does not release your vehicle.
Can you collect people from more than one address?
Yes, and for an occasion it is usually the point. Each passenger gets their own pickup time and the route is ordered so everyone reaches the gates together rather than in three waves.
Do you serve areas outside Toronto?
Yes, from anywhere in the Greater Golden Horseshoe including Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, Oakville, Burlington, Milton, Guelph and Hamilton. Those are quoted on distance rather than priced off the GTA figures here.
What if the concert is postponed?
Your booking transfers to the new date. Cancellations otherwise follow the standard policy: full refund 14 or more days out or within 48 hours of booking, an administrative fee between 7 and 14 days, non-refundable but reschedulable inside 7 days.
Is the Escalade worth $165 more than the executive SUV?
It is the same six seats, so the answer is entirely about whether the arrival matters to you on this particular night. For a plain transfer the executive SUV at $250 does the identical job. For an anniversary most people spend the difference.
How do I get an exact quote?
Send the show date, the pickup address or addresses, the number of passengers and whether you want the return leg. A fixed figure comes back inside two hours and nothing is charged until you accept it.
Do you have a vehicle with a washroom?
The washroom-equipped Sprinter books at the Jet Sprinter rate. For a concert booking say so at the quote stage, because it is a specific unit rather than something every vehicle in the tier carries.
Can you handle a proposal or an engagement at the show?
Yes, and it is worth telling us. The driver is briefed on the timing, the arrival, and anything you need staged in the vehicle before pickup. It costs nothing extra and it is the difference between it working and it nearly working.
Should I book the limo one way or return?
Return, on any date near a sell-out. The ride in is the easy leg. The ride home is the one that fails, and it is covered on the round trip transportation to rogers stadium page.
