Rogers Stadium car service rates

Three vehicles cover almost every small booking to this venue. The sedan is the default for one or two people, the SUV is the answer the moment there are coats and more than two of you, and the Escalade is the same six seats with a different arrival.

Car service to Rogers Stadium for two people

Most bookings to this venue are not groups. They are two people who bought tickets months ago, want the night to be about the show, and have worked out that the drive home is the part that can spoil it.

At $185 each way a sedan is not the cheap option and we are not going to pretend it is. What it buys is a known number and a known meeting point. You are dropped at the gate rather than at the far end of a lot, and after the show you walk to a spot your driver named before you went in. On a night when about 50,000 other people are solving the same problem at the same time with an app, that is worth more than it looks on a spreadsheet in daylight.

One thing worth knowing before you book: if there are three or four of you, ask for the SUV price rather than assuming the sedan stretches. It seats two. The $65 step up to the executive SUV buys four more seats and the boot space that goes with them.

Between the SUV and the Escalade the seat count does not change. What changes is the vehicle itself and how the drop reads at the gate. If the night is a birthday, an anniversary, or the reason you are all dressed up, the Escalade is the one people pick, and the Rogers Stadium limo service page covers where that goes next.

When your group outgrows car service: the Sprinter step up

Car service tops out at six. It is worth knowing what the next rung looks like before you try to solve seven people with two SUVs.

Two executive SUVs for seven people is $500 each way and two vehicles that do not arrive together. One 14-seat Sprinter starts from $600 each way and carries all seven with room for the seven more you did not know were coming. The moment the number goes past six, the Sprinter is usually both simpler and closer in price than people expect.

How a Rogers Stadium car service booking actually runs

BookingA fixed number, in writing

You send the date, the pickup address and how many of you there are. We come back inside two hours with a figure that does not move afterwards.

48 hours outDriver named

You get the chauffeur’s name and mobile number. Not a dispatch queue, the person who is actually driving.

Show dayFifteen minutes out

The driver texts when they are fifteen minutes from your address, so nobody stands on a porch guessing.

At the venueDropped at the gate, meeting point agreed

Drop is at the official zone that suits your gate, and before you get out the driver names where they will be afterwards. The venue’s north zone at 81 YZD Lane is a 400 metre walk to the gates.

After the encoreYou text, then you walk

The vehicle is already positioned. There is no app, no multiplier, and no queue that grows while you decide.

The meeting point is agreed before you go in, which is the whole reason the walk out is short.

What the Rogers Stadium car service rate includes

Worth setting out plainly, because the thing people are actually comparing when they look at $185 against an app estimate is not the same product on both sides.

In the rate

$185

Sedan, each way within the GTA.

  • The vehicle, the fuel and the commercial insurance
  • A professional chauffeur, named 48 hours ahead
  • The wait if the show overruns, on a return booking
  • Drop at the official zone that serves your gate
  • A meeting point agreed before you go in

Added on top

Two things

Stated separately so the comparison is honest.

  • HST at 13 percent
  • Gratuity at 15 to 20 percent
  • Nothing else appears later

Priced separately

If you want it

Ask at the quote stage, not on the night.

  • A pre-show dinner stop
  • A second drop point on the way home
  • A child seat, which must be arranged in advance
  • Ice and glassware for the return leg

There is no airport-style surcharge, no late-night loading, and no fee for the driver holding position while the encore runs. If a number is going to appear on your invoice, it appears on your quote first.

Car service to Rogers Stadium in Toronto and the surrounding region

Pickup is from any address across the Greater Golden Horseshoe. The published figures are GTA starting points, because a sedan from North York and a sedan from Guelph are not the same job and pretending otherwise would just mean a correction later.

Downtown, North York, Scarborough, Etobicoke, Mississauga, Brampton and Vaughan sit inside the GTA figures above. Richmond Hill, Markham, Newmarket, Aurora, Oakville, Burlington, Milton, Guelph and Hamilton are quoted on the distance the vehicle actually covers. Hotel pickups are common for this venue because out-of-town ticket holders stage downtown and ride up rather than drive an unfamiliar route to a site with no obvious parking.

Sedan, SUV and Escalade runs book online directly. For a pickup outside the GTA, call (905) 633-5804 and we price it on the distance. Our full published rates cover the wider fleet.

Rogers Stadium car service: questions buyers ask

How much is car service to Rogers Stadium?

A sedan is $185 each way within the GTA and an executive SUV is $250, plus HST 13% and gratuity 15 to 20 percent. A Cadillac Escalade with the same six seats as the SUV is $350. Pickups outside the GTA are quoted on distance.

How many people fit in the car service vehicles?

Two in the sedan, six in the executive SUV and six in the Escalade. Seven or more needs a Sprinter, which starts at $600 each way and is priced on our private transportation page.

Is the sedan big enough for four people?

No. The sedan seats two. Four adults with coats need the executive SUV at $250, which is a $65 step up for four extra seats and the boot space, and it is the single most common correction we make to a booking request.

Do you charge more on a sold-out concert night?

No. The number is fixed when you book and does not move for demand, weather or how well the show sold. That certainty is most of what separates this from an app.

How early should I book a car for a Rogers Stadium show?

One to two weeks is comfortable for a sedan or SUV, and same-day is sometimes possible if you call (905) 633-5804. Sprinters are the ones that sell out weeks ahead, not the cars.

Where does the car drop me off at the stadium?

At the venue’s official pickup and drop-off zones: 81 YZD Lane at the north end, a 400 metre walk to the gates, or 590 Wilson Avenue at the south end at 900 metres. Your driver confirms which one before the show based on your gate.

What happens after the show, exactly?

You text your driver when you leave your seats and walk to the meeting point they named at drop-off. The vehicle is already there. Most people are moving within five to ten minutes of leaving their row.

Can the driver wait during the concert?

Yes, and that is how a return booking works. The vehicle stays in the area rather than being released, which is why the return leg does not depend on availability at 11 PM.

Is car service cheaper than parking and driving?

Not always on the raw number, but the comparison is not just the fare. The on-site lots are Allen Road parking off 400 William R. Allen Road southbound, and Wilson Avenue parking off 590 Wilson Avenue westbound, they sell out early, and the overflow lot is unpaved with a long walk. Add the lot fee, the walk and the exit queue and the gap closes fast.

Do you pick up from hotels for concert nights?

Yes. Hotel pickup is one of the most common bookings for this venue because out-of-town ticket holders stay downtown or near the airport and would rather not drive an unfamiliar route to a site with no obvious parking.

Can I book one way instead of a return?

Yes, and the rates on this page are each-way figures for exactly that reason. The inbound leg is the easy one though, so if you only book one direction, most people find they booked the wrong one.

Is gratuity included?

No. Every figure is plus HST 13% and gratuity 15 to 20 percent, stated separately so the number you compare against another operator is the same kind of number.

What vehicles do you actually use?

The sedan is a Lexus ES or Cadillac XTS. The executive SUV is a GMC Yukon or Lincoln Navigator. The Escalade is the ESV. All black, all with a professional chauffeur rather than an owner-operator taking a shift.

Do you take corporate bookings for concerts?

Yes, including invoicing rather than card at the door, a named driver confirmed in advance, and one booking covering several pickup addresses for client entertainment.

Can you add a dinner stop before the show?

Yes. Tell us at the quote stage so the timing is built in rather than improvised. A pre-show restaurant stop is common on this route because the venue is far enough north that people eat downtown first.

What if my show is postponed?

The booking transfers to the new date. Cancellations follow the standard policy: full refund 14 or more days out or within 48 hours of booking, an administrative fee between 7 and 14 days, and non-refundable but reschedulable inside 7 days.

Is there a child seat option?

Yes, and it needs flagging at booking rather than on the day so the correct seat is in the vehicle. Afternoon and family shows at this venue do happen and the request is routine.

Do you serve Rogers Centre as well?

Yes, and they are different venues people confuse. Rogers Stadium is the open-air venue at 105 Carl Hall Road in North York. Rogers Centre is the domed stadium downtown. Name the artist when you book and we will confirm which one you mean.

How do I get an exact price?

Send the show date, the pickup address and the passenger count. A fixed figure comes back inside two hours, and nothing is charged until you accept it.

Do you cover pickups outside Toronto?

Yes, from anywhere in the Greater Golden Horseshoe including Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville, Milton, Guelph, Newmarket and Aurora. Those are quoted on distance rather than priced off the GTA figures on this page.

Can four of us split the cost?

Four people in an executive SUV at $250 each way is about $63 a head per direction before tax and gratuity. That is the arithmetic most groups run, and it is the reason the SUV rather than the sedan is the usual answer for four.

Will the driver know where to go?

Yes. The chauffeurs running this venue know both official zones, which gates they serve, and which approach roads back up before showtime. It is a site where knowing the difference between the north and south zone saves a 900 metre walk.
